Pros: Love the ease of use and ability to build out space for "users" to just jump on and start sharing information. Still learning, but so far, the capabilities are endless for information sharing.

Cons: To date, we haven't discovered any "cons" and continue to explore the many different ways we can employ this tool in our crisis management team structure across the organization. If there were one "con," it might be that it does not connect or merge data with our current Business Continuity tool vendor, Fusion Risk Management via the Salesforce Platform, however, that's very minimal at this point.

Overall: The ability to collaborate more effectively and timely during an incident or emergency, especially as it crosses national borders globally.
