Zingtree makes it easy to create, deploy and analyze interactive decision tree troubleshooters. With Zingtree, customers are more likely to self-solve their problem, or if a ticket is generated a full Q&A transcript of the Zingtree session is included. Product managers also get handy reports showing common paths through the each tree, success reports, and trouble spots. Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk and WordPress plug-ins are available too.

Pros: We used Zingtree as a knowledge base. What a great way to create "interactive" help for consumers. Zingtree makes it easy with multiple ways to build. There is a bit of a learning curve, but not much. There's so many things you can do with Zingtree, the possibilities are endless. Good for ANY industry.

Cons: We had to move away from Zingtree because of the cost. You have to pay per click...there was no way to IP filter, etc. As our business grew and we became more successful, the cost of Zingtree went up. It just wasn't a viable option for us, but Zingtree was so nice when we told them we were moving away. We sung their praises from the rooftops! A great product that I continue to tell people about today. :)

Comments: I've found Zingtree to be a really useful program over the last few months to create interactive decision trees. They have a few different ways to get started, and the Wizard tool is great for building trees just by answering questions and filling in the blanks. While it takes a little time to think about the best plan of action before jumping in, the platform is super easy to use once you get the hang of it -- they have a blog and FAQ full of helpful tips and integrations, too.

Pros: Knowledgeable team, good interface, helpful and informative process.

Cons: Monthly payment plan isn't ideal for my setup.

Comments: Once you get the hang of this, making and deploying decision trees becomes a breeze. Highly recommend you try using Designer first (I'm a visual learner). But I have heard Wizard is a great way to start too.

Pros: - Helpful sales team to set you up with the right plan - Customization / CSS

Cons: - Getting started can be tricky - Currently, only available in English (localization)

Comments: We have to make many decisions everyday; it's likely to make the wrong decision if we don't include the overall circumstance, especially when we are stuck by our habit of one way thinking logic. By using the tree, it make it easier for you to include as many as the assumptions which will lead to different consequences in the process of making your decisions.

Comments: I don't think that we're Zingtree's typical customer, but they've made every effort to accommodate us and we've reaped the benefits!

I know that other companies will talk about cost savings, but from our point of view one of the benefits has been user experience. We've had 1000's of sessions per month, a lot of these sessions are users of our product that previously weren't contacting our support team.

Now that we've got Zingtree they are finding the information they need and resolving the problems that they might have otherwise not tried to resolve! Lovely stuff :-)

Comments: We were looking for a way to save money on customer support by creating our own troubleshooters, and Zingtree made it easy for us. The tools are solid - we use the Visual Designer AND the more text oriented overview for cleanup and tweaking. The reporting is great too. Highly recommended!
