Over priced. Dumb software in a smart device enabled world. No order management capabilities
Pros: It prints dockets to all stations
Remote support means the support team and connect in and fix problems pretty quickly (as long as you dont have a problem after 5pm or on the weekend)
Cons: Order number on docket does not corrospond with order ID on computer.
No proper way to manage the ordering of entrees/ main meals.
No delivery integrations with google maps
No automatic price adjustments based on 'dine in' or 'take away' its up to the user to make sure the price is correct by selecting the right menu or 'keypad'
Can't set mulltiple price levels for the same item, instead have to create multiple items
Does not saved pick up customers previous orders
No time management tools (cannot update wait times in real time)
No push notifications to customers phone
support team resistant to add new products to your system , claiming you should have learned how to do it in training (BTW support is an extra 77$ a month, and the training is terrible)
Overall: Went from using pen and paper to computers
