The goal-setting functionality is intuitive and aligns well with organizational priorities, making it easy to set, track, and update goals throughout the year. The 1:1 tool is particularly useful for managers, they provide a structured yet flexible space to document conversations, track follow-ups, and promote meaningful, ongoing dialogue. The recognition feature is another highlight. It encourages a culture of appreciation by making peer-to-peer and manager recognition visible and easy to give, which helps boost morale and reinforce company values. Additionally, the performance review process is well-organized, allowing for streamlined evaluations that integrate feedback, goal progress, and competency tracking in one place.

Quantum Workplace is a robust system with many helpful tools and analytics. I like that you can select which tools/functions to implement singularly, without having to setup all functions at once.

Cons

We would like it to be more user friendly with additional language options. We specifically would like to see Haitian Creole added.

Good, \[sensitive content hidden\] was helpful. The scheduled meetings were helpful and the recordings. Would like to have a way leaders can enter in action plans for result of survey.

Pros

The support from the team. The AI function. The helpful tools and resources available on the quantum site.

Cons

Times support is offered. It would be nice to have 24/7 support available or online support and after hours support especially during survey launch and wrap up.

I don't have any major cons. The platform works as promised. It is intuitive and easy to work with. The data is easily accessible. One "con" might be this survey--don't put a minimum on the number of characters in each box.

Overall, it has been an upgrade from our last platform and easier to use. It is a good value for the price.

Pros

I like the fact that you have all aspects of performance management in one platform, from reviews, to ranking, surveys, feedback and more. It's easy to use and navigate between the different areas within a profile. It offers visibility to upline. The tutorials are done well and easy to understand.

Cons

The scheduling of 1on1s through Quantum can be a little confusing, especially if you are scheduling more than once a month and using more than one template.

Overall a good experience, there are a lot of positives, but still opportunity for the system to grow to be more customizable for the customer.

Pros

Value for money, we are an international company and this is great value for money when implementing this globally.

The implementation team is project plan based. I would like to see more partnership with my teams to help steer our the way we go, not just check something off the project plan.

Pros

Quantum provides excellent customer support. Their application interface is nicely laid out and easy to use.

Cons

I really have no complaints. My only suggestion would be making it easier to access the library of survey questions. They are a little buried and it requires a few too many clicks to find them.
