Quantum brings together performance, engagement and other employee lifecycle surveys together to get a great picture of the entire employee experience. It helps get a better understanding of our employees and the teams they work with. The customer service has been amazing, from sales, technology to implementation, we have no complaints! Cons We have no complaints so far. If we have questions or recommendations for enhancements, the team at Quantum is extremely receptive. We transferred from WorkDove and the new team along with the prior are all excellent. Cons Learning a new system from WorkDove, but the training helped as it was very thorough and a year later had a review course and Carrie was spectacular! They are always listening to our needs, understanding, and then applying our situation to how their platform can best support us. It truly feels like we have a partner with Quantum Workplace, not just another software in our tech stack. Cons I really can't say much here. Any road bumps we've hit, Quantum has worked with us on creative solutions to address them. If we are testing a new feature in Quantum, they are eager to hear our feedback and how they can better meet our needs. I also appreciate the data analytics and AI feature especially for the engagement results. Cons I'd like for it to have LMS integrations. We use cornerstone and it would be helpful to connect both systems. Pros I like that they were able to transfer my data from my old software. Getting the system up and running was relatively smooth. Cons There are some features that I wish functioned a little differently, such as more filtering categories and dashboard quick-view items. Pros Adding employee info is very simple, the Recognition feature has boosted morale, and the 1-on-1/Employee Review feature helps us keep track of employee productivity throughout the year. Cons Creating surveys is not very user friendly. I think renaming some of the settings could people create the survey they want. I find myself either not being able to see any of the survey results or everyone is able to see everyone else's survey results. We've used the engagement survey, feedback, and goals to help improve our culture. The customer service is great and timely. When we have a concern or problem, they help us work it out quickly--it's usually on our end. Cons In the survey results, the options for filtering and slicing are robust. That means I have to be careful to do it properly and consistently to ensure accuracy in our data. It would be nice to have a way to save a particular setup to be able to return to it. We have used Quantum for our Engagement Surveys for several years and the benchmark data is extremely helpful. Pros The portal is user-friendly and there are great templates for any type of survey. It was also convenient being able to make a copy of a previous year's survey (Engagement Survey) so that we can compare benchmark data year over year. Cons Some processes were difficult to remember after not using the portal for some time, such as copying a survey and adding/removing users. However, the help button had great tutorials and I was able to figure out the processes without assistance.
