I also appreciate the data analytics and AI feature especially for the engagement results. Cons I'd like for it to have LMS integrations. We use cornerstone and it would be helpful to connect both systems. I think that once we are using the system more and I really know the ins and outs I will be able to say more definitively if this is a product we will stay with long term. Right now, I am unsure. Pros I like that they were able to transfer my data from my old software. Getting the system up and running was relatively smooth. Cons There are some features that I wish functioned a little differently, such as more filtering categories and dashboard quick-view items. Pros Overall, the system the support, and overall experience is one big pro. I would recommend Quantum to others. Cons Not any big cons. There was a slight mishap in the beginning from our sales rep. I felt like he gave us incorrect communication as a way to solidify a sale for him. I didn't like that there didn't seem like any corrective action or additional incentive for us to offset that experience. Cons I so wish there was a spot to put prior documentation about the employee and a note section available to all of the up-line, not just the person who enters it. Everyone on our team who uses it is satisfied and happy to have the data we can get through the tools and features. Pros Quantum Workplace tools are easy to use and provide valuable data. We've used the engagement survey, feedback, and goals to help improve our culture. The customer service is great and timely. When we have a concern or problem, they help us work it out quickly--it's usually on our end. Cons In the survey results, the options for filtering and slicing are robust. That means I have to be careful to do it properly and consistently to ensure accuracy in our data. It would be nice to have a way to save a particular setup to be able to return to it. Cons I think you need to add another 20 hours to training for when the new customers actually go to use the product the first few times especially when more than one module is being used.
