The experts at Quantum have done a great job presenting and helping when we need to dig in deeper. Quantum Workplace has made our roles in HR easier. December 17, 2025 5.0 I've been incredibly pleased with Quantum. Not only has the platform been pivotal in our initiative to improve employee engagement, but it has far exceeded our expectations for use by our employees. We have had nothing but great feedback and I don't regret choosing Quantum one bit. Pros Quantum is very user-friendly and has helped us elevate our performance engagement across our org. We have been able to improve our ongoing communication between managers and employees with the 1:1 tool, implemented and utilized the analytics for our employee engagement, as well as many of the other modules. They have been very open and collaborative on feedback for future use considerations, and my implementation managers have been wonderful and always available if questions arise. Cons As with any system, there are some system functionality limitations. Quantum has thought of a lot and they are open to continuing to garner feedback and pass that along for future consideration. So even when there is a limitation, it's nice to know that we can explore options for the future. I also appreciate the data analytics and AI feature especially for the engagement results. Cons I'd like for it to have LMS integrations. We use cornerstone and it would be helpful to connect both systems. I think that once we are using the system more and I really know the ins and outs I will be able to say more definitively if this is a product we will stay with long term. Right now, I am unsure. Pros I like that they were able to transfer my data from my old software. Getting the system up and running was relatively smooth. Cons There are some features that I wish functioned a little differently, such as more filtering categories and dashboard quick-view items. Pros Overall, the system the support, and overall experience is one big pro. I would recommend Quantum to others. Cons Not any big cons. There was a slight mishap in the beginning from our sales rep. I felt like he gave us incorrect communication as a way to solidify a sale for him. I didn't like that there didn't seem like any corrective action or additional incentive for us to offset that experience. Quantum have been such great partners and provide the BEST customer service in the business. Having worked with them for almost 10 years now and product managing several other HR technologies, I can easily say that Quantum's customer service is way above the curve. Pros The customer service. The team is always quick to respond when needed and guide their customers through the process seamlessly. Cons The limits of our own ADP data are what hold us back. Pros nice visual interface - some parts are very easy to use from user standpoint, but the reviews from admin setup aren't as simple. Cons admin setup and understanding how things are cascaded down are not easily understood. should also be ability to put comments in about individuals that are shared w/ manager, but not necessarily public to employee (outside of private notes). October 16, 2025 4.0 Overall Quantum is a great product and I see why so many companies use it for internal employee engagement, as it is a pretty robust system and useful in many ways. Pros Adding employee info is very simple, the Recognition feature has boosted morale, and the 1-on-1/Employee Review feature helps us keep track of employee productivity throughout the year. Cons Creating surveys is not very user friendly. I think renaming some of the settings could people create the survey they want. I find myself either not being able to see any of the survey results or everyone is able to see everyone else's survey results. Review Source JL Josh L. The value that comes along with the lack of a learning curve for the usage make it a tools worth having in your toolbelt. Pros User gets their personal report back while management recieves a collective report for overall average statistics of the percentage of individuals who participate. Ease of use for employees, without the need to login. Provides different question types for the ability for employees to manage their answers. Cons The ability of viewing the overall participation rate of all individuals the review link has been submitted to is not a negative, but the negative falls in the lack of ability for management to see which individual employees haven’t participated in the survey. Pros Easy to manage. Lots of information and analytics at my fingertips allowing us to easily find actionable strategies that are meaningful. Later, I learned that I could talk to a human to get the help I needed. I would not hesitate to use it again. Pros It seemed like a pretty straight forward wizard type experience walking you through the tasks that you were responsibility. It was easy to mark your tasks done and links to documentation that you needed to handle your tasks or answer questions. Pros The analytics dashboard is unmatched! It is comprehensive and we're able to slice and filter data and gain true insights for our teams. January 13, 2025 5.0 The system is overall is very easy to use. As a supervisor the ability to have dedicated spaces to track 1:1 meetings with your employees is handy. From an organization the area we use to recognize employees is great! It's like a giant team chat where messages, gifs, photos and such can be shared and you can call out a great job to another employee. Pros The ease of use, the functioning when it comes to data and ability to sort through information and filter is helpful. Cons Nothing really that I dislike about it really.
