Overall, it has been an upgrade from our last platform and easier to use. It is a good value for the price.

Pros

I like the fact that you have all aspects of performance management in one platform, from reviews, to ranking, surveys, feedback and more. It's easy to use and navigate between the different areas within a profile. It offers visibility to upline. The tutorials are done well and easy to understand.

Cons

The scheduling of 1on1s through Quantum can be a little confusing, especially if you are scheduling more than once a month and using more than one template.

I've been incredibly pleased with Quantum. Not only has the platform been pivotal in our initiative to improve employee engagement, but it has far exceeded our expectations for use by our employees. We have had nothing but great feedback and I don't regret choosing Quantum one bit.

Pros

Quantum is very user-friendly and has helped us elevate our performance engagement across our org. We have been able to improve our ongoing communication between managers and employees with the 1:1 tool, implemented and utilized the analytics for our employee engagement, as well as many of the other modules. They have been very open and collaborative on feedback for future use considerations, and my implementation managers have been wonderful and always available if questions arise.

Cons

As with any system, there are some system functionality limitations. Quantum has thought of a lot and they are open to continuing to garner feedback and pass that along for future consideration. So even when there is a limitation, it's nice to know that we can explore options for the future.

This is my first time using a tool like this to help run a process, and Quantum overall has made it extremely simple. I want to reiterate how helpful our contacts have been as well!

Pros

This tool is very insightful when bringing up best practices that we should encourage our leaders and managers to follow. The individuals that we have been given to communicate with and ask questions of have been very helpful and responsive. The questions are helpful, and easy to edit if we want to customize them.

Cons

This tool can be slightly bulky to learn and navigate. We have found that often times there are multiple ways to get to the same result, which in theory is helpful but in reality can create some confusion. We have found that often times, the easiest solution is to hop on a call with Quantum reps, otherwise we may get lost. We have also struggled when it comes to reporting with downline managers, and how to separate direct reports when looking for information by department vs. manager.

I give Quantum Workplace an A. Everyone on our team who uses it is satisfied and happy to have the data we can get through the tools and features.

Pros

Quantum Workplace tools are easy to use and provide valuable data. We've used the engagement survey, feedback, and goals to help improve our culture. The customer service is great and timely. When we have a concern or problem, they help us work it out quickly--it's usually on our end.

Cons

In the survey results, the options for filtering and slicing are robust. That means I have to be careful to do it properly and consistently to ensure accuracy in our data. It would be nice to have a way to save a particular setup to be able to return to it.

Our experience with Quantum Workplace has been generally positive. Transitioning from the platform they acquired, we’ve been able to centralize key HR processes. While there’s a learning curve and some areas could be more intuitive, their support team is responsive, and the platform continues to improve in functionality and ease of use.

Pros

Quantum Workplace offers modular, mobile-friendly tools that support our phased rollout. It’s especially effective for blue-collar roles, enabling managers to own their talent through 1-on-1s, feedback, and goal tracking. Associates can actively manage their development, boosting engagement.

Cons

The platform has a learning curve, particularly with complex modules such as Growth and Goals. Reporting is helpful, but could be more robust to support deeper talent analysis and strategic decision-making.

I don't have any major cons. The platform works as promised. It is intuitive and easy to work with. The data is easily accessible. One "con" might be this survey--don't put a minimum on the number of characters in each box.

It has provided us for a clearer picture of what our teams are experiencing, particularly during times of change. And we have leaned on the feedback to steer a few policy shifts that have increased overall morale.

Pros

I like the pulse surveys they are easy to launch and quick to send out and people really react to them. A reporting dashboard enables us to dynamically illustrate trends to our leadership.

Cons

There’s not a lot of flexibility for changes. I often desire to customize questions more to our department, but templates are too restrictive.

My experience with Quantum Workplaces has always been very positive across different companies of size and scope. Their CS reps are very knowledgeable and easy to reach with any needs.

Pros

Their integration with ADP is seamless, making management of our global organization very easy from a single source. The dashboards are all very intuitive, making navigation to the functions I need to access very easy. Customer success support is top notch.

Cons

I do not have any negatives at this time. Every feature I have used has met or exceeded my expectations.

Overall a good experience, there are a lot of positives, but still opportunity for the system to grow to be more customizable for the customer.

Pros

Value for money, we are an international company and this is great value for money when implementing this globally.

Cons

The implementation team is project plan based. I would like to see more partnership with my teams to help steer our the way we go, not just check something off the project plan.

The support from the team. The AI function. The helpful tools and resources available on the quantum site.

Cons

Times support is offered. It would be nice to have 24/7 support available or online support and after hours support especially during survey launch and wrap up.

The client support team is outstanding. I love the way I can slide and dice data. The output from our Engagement survey allowed us to create actions plans that are achievable

Cons

That we have to use Feedback instead of Surveys to obtain New Hire Manager data. I wish we could the Survey format and align data between the manager and employee feedback at 1 week, 30/60/90 days 6 & 12 months

My overall experience has been fantastic. We have only been a partner of QW for a short period of time but their product and people have helped us in big ways. My interactions with many of their team members have been so good and they truly are partners in our company's success. They speak our same language (from an HR/Industry perspective) and I don't have to feel like I have to explain basic industry terms before getting substantive direction and recommendations. This environment created such trust in one another as we worked through various survey projects. Overall, I can't recommend their team, and products enough.

Pros

I love all of the capabilities the system has to offer. From the streamlined and easy to use survey setup process to the ongoing support by the Implementation Managers, there is just so much to offer. The fact that it integrates with our HRIS to transmit employee data makes the process to review survey results more efficient.

Cons

I do wish survey questions were numbered. Although a small con it is a con in my opinion. Especially when we work on longer surveys and having to review the question setup process for accuracy, it was difficult at times to keep track of things and where we were in our review process.

Pros

The Quantum team is very responsive and great to work with. I especially love the commitment to always improving the product and experience with excellent system and value added enhancements.

Cons

A bit of change with our support team over the years (internal promotions, which is fantastic) but at times resulted in a period of trying to keep track of who the best contact was.

Pros

One on One initiated from manager is probably the best feature. Cycles and Single Sign On are also good.

Cons

No training offered. Apart from the previous webinars and slide decks, we kept asking for training but were basically told to do it yourself.

Cons

We would like it to be more user friendly with additional language options. We specifically would like to see Haitian Creole added.

From implementation to becoming a long term user I have had an extremely positive experience. Quantum has allowed me to be more valuable to my company, and ensured that our employee voices are heard.

Pros

The platform is very easy to use and provides exceptional insight. End users have no issues and admins are able to get info to stakeholders in a way that they can understand and take action on. The folks we work with at Quantum are helpful, friendly, and proactive.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind honestly. Quantum has been great.

The entire process was easy, with support available every step of the way. The system itself is extremely helpful—doing much of the work and thinking for you when it comes to action planning. I especially appreciate the ability to download the results in PDFs to share with teams. Overall, it’s a user-friendly tool that truly supports leaders with staying efficient and effective.

Easy to manage. Lots of information and analytics at my fingertips allowing us to easily find actionable strategies that are meaningful.

Cons

Digging through responses to find meaningful patterns or correlations aren't easy you have to take some time to play around with the filter options.

In general, I have positive interactions with the tool. I think it has the potential to be a one-stop shop, but it needs some tweaking and personalization to our organization to meet the requirements that we have and need to be met.

Pros

I like the individual usability of the tool in keeping goals in front of me and allowing me to accurately record what is happening when.

Cons

I think the administrative features are too limiting. I want to empower my team leaders to have access to manage the administration of their teams on their own, but due to the limitations and visibility of the material, I cannot give it down the organization. Too limiting.

I honestly can't think of anything, it has been a great system for our surveys.
