Quantum have been such great partners and provide the BEST customer service in the business. Having worked with them for almost 10 years now and product managing several other HR technologies, I can easily say that Quantum's customer service is way above the curve. Pros The customer service. The team is always quick to respond when needed and guide their customers through the process seamlessly. Cons The limits of our own ADP data are what hold us back. I like the engagement survey part as well, there's always useful information from there as well. Cons Don't like the adaptability of Quantum. The forms creation is lacking simple things like branching that would help in creating our feedback forms and the feedback cycles do not work for our business needs. There are so many options and uses for this system! Pros The ease of use, the layout and the general appearance of the system. Cons I so wish there was a spot to put prior documentation about the employee and a note section available to all of the up-line, not just the person who enters it. I do wish that there was some training that QuantumWorkplace gave to our evaluators and employees that was embedded into the pricing. Pros I think that it is user friendly to enter the information. I think that ultimately it will be a good evaluation tool for our employees and the analytics will assist leadership with making development and promotional decisions. Cons We have a fairly complex evaluation system so I am still really trying to figure out the system and how it will work best for our particular organization. When I send a request for help, I typically get a response within two hours. Pros Responsiveness of support and benchmarks. Cons It took a while to learn what I could and could not do with the survey tool and in the beginning the help I received was a link to an article which I did not like. Later, I learned that I could talk to a human to get the help I needed. Pros nice visual interface - some parts are very easy to use from user standpoint, but the reviews from admin setup aren't as simple. Cons admin setup and understanding how things are cascaded down are not easily understood. should also be ability to put comments in about individuals that are shared w/ manager, but not necessarily public to employee (outside of private notes). We have used Quantum for our Engagement Surveys for several years and the benchmark data is extremely helpful. Pros The portal is user-friendly and there are great templates for any type of survey. It was also convenient being able to make a copy of a previous year's survey (Engagement Survey) so that we can compare benchmark data year over year. Cons Some processes were difficult to remember after not using the portal for some time, such as copying a survey and adding/removing users.
