Overall really good experience, it makes scheduling very easy. As well as keeping staff files and accounting for holiday allowance and monitoring wage cost.

Pros

It's very easy to use, user friendly and perfect for shift scheduling for complex hospitality venues.

Cons

That you can't download a digital copy of the rota, e.g. pdf. You can either view it online, on the app or print it, but sometimes it would be useful to be able to send a pdf copy to the finance department or the directors so they can double check things.

Pros

\[sensitive content hidden\] and the team were super helpful and supportive throughout the process. Any issues that did arrive we're promptly addressed. The software is intuitive and sleek.

Cons

It was a huge upgrade for us, but remember it is a software where you get more out of it directly proportionate to the amount you engage with it. Same with any new piece of software which offers a lot.

Pros

From an employee perspective, the staff are always happy with how easy it is to view their shifts and also book their holiday. From a management point of view, we've never had a service that collates both HR, payroll, holiday and rotas in one place as well as this one. We're able to draw accurate figures for our wage %s which has improved productivity immensely within the company.

Cons

Sometimes, figures vary from page to page on the site. However, after trouble shooting with he staff, there is usually a reason for it and it's fixable.

Excellent all round software which we use in our restaurants throughout Europe. Attendance is well managed, budgeting is super simple we love the product.

Pros

Smooth and easy to use - great app functionality. The staff love it. Holidays and absence very well handled.

Cons

Some of the advanced functions can have a steep learning curve

### "A Rota System That Does It All!"

Overall I am a massive fan of RotaReady, I use it near enough everyday whether that be for simple shift scheduling or for more advanced features like inputting forecasts for upcoming rotas, It truly has it all. I have used a variety of different Rota systems in the past yet none are as versatile as RotaReady nor are they as effective at solving simple tasks, for example the attendance issue feature which automatically catches any and all discrepancies between the rota and staff clock ins/outs has personally helped me save hours upon hours of admin time.

Pros

Me personally my favourite thing about RotaReady would have to be the Cost Control feature. This feature allows us to track our staff costs and our labour percentages in real time with tremendous accuracy.

Cons

I don’t believe this is a massive drawback but I think the document section within RotaReady could do with some minor improvements to help bring it up to the standard of the rest of the system.

Their customer service is very good and quick. We have started to utilise more features overtime, such as Staff Documents, Onboarding, & Asset Tracking.

Pros

The upgrade to Rotaready is night and day when compared to manually building them on Excel. We have 70+ employees who work in different areas across the building and we prepare a separate rota for each area. Previously we were constantly checking to ensure we hadn't used the same employee twice in different areas. Then checking our holiday calendar to ensure they were available, then manually counting up their hours to ensure they got the correct amount. Rotaready handles all this for us.

Cons

It is clunky to manually add breaks and shifts if an employee forgets to do this. There is a feature to automatically deduct breaks, but for accuracy, we prefer that staff clock in and out for them.

Great! We moved over from another rota system and it cut out so much work for us.

Pros

Rota Ready had a very personal approach and the support was great when we set this up. The software is great and made managing our three coffee shops much easier. The product as a whole has everything that we need.

Cons

We didn't experience anything negative and the staff were very responsive to any questions.

I've come into the business quite late on to the integration and operational execution however, I'm starting to dig into the system and find it's technology mind-blowing.

Pros

User functionality is very easy. The team are always on hand when needed and always have the right answers! The integrations are second to none also!

Cons

I think some of the reporting could be a little bit better rather than having to download the data, maybe give options to filter better within the system itself.

Overall a fantastic experience, have been using RotaReady for about two years now and will continue to do so indefinitely as it ticks all of the right boxes for us and does a good job.

Pros

We love the ease of use of the software at RotaReady. Many of our users are not overly technical, so it's great to have a tool that every member of the team can be comfortable with using.

Cons

Some of the user interface could be modernised in places, occasionaly clunky elements like buttons could be improved in certain places.

Excellent, I would highly recommend rota ready to any business of any size.

Pros

Very easy to use with multiple functions that supports me and my role within our business, the support is easy to access with loads of articles to help with use. The growing functions add great value to what we do on a daily basis and the use both on a laptop and mobile makes this a great service.

Cons

Nothing, any time there is an issue or query the support team a very quick to offer advice and guidance to us.

Overall very good. Support is decent, majority of features we wanted were there.

Pros

We have many nuances and it was the only system that could cope with those and give us the functionality we wanted.

Cons

Sometimes it isn't the most obvious at telling you when things are missing to work out why something isn't working properly, but the support team are pretty fast at getting back to you.

Overall the experience with RotaReady is good. Customer service is fantastic, they reply almost straight away and find the best and quickest solutions.

Pros

The ease of adding new starters, ending employments, scheduling shifts and seeing realtime clocking in and out.

Cons

Hard to get an accurate wage percentage as it doesn't integrate with our till system to pull all the information over.
