Pros We started using Rotaready just over one month ago and so far I have no complaints. The instant chat has been incredibly helpful to me and my colleagues whenever we've needed a question answered, which is ideal when setting up a new system. The interface is incredibly easy to use and the "older" managers have coped no problem. The app feature is fantastic and gives staff a lot of control over their shifts and they see their holiday accrual, which save a lot of time. Cons At the moment, there is nothing I dislike about this software. Once you learn how to navigate it, the time saved is excellent. It caters well for multi-site operations eg. managing permission levels Cons Reporting - standard reports will never cater for all the needs of different business so there should be more flexibility to tailor standard reports (add data fields from what is available in the database) or build your own eg. the payroll report includes holiday hours but not holiday pay amount - given this is something that is paid out, holiday pay calculation should be included so the report shows total pay Review Source Response from The Access Group July 13, 2022 Hi Emily, thanks for your review!
