It has been phenomenal! Their customer service is great and there is rarely a delay when it comes to our questions. We also appreciate that when we have desires for the system that are not yet available, Reliatrax will communicate with their programers to solve and address our requests. Working in Behavioral health we had always been given these clunky software programs that are truly designed more for medical providers but this is truly a blessing .

Pros

I like that this software has allowed our facility to go completely paperless. I also love that is has email ability imbedded in the software that easily allows us to send confidential emails directly from the software.

Cons

One thing we would love to see is a "offline" mode for when our staff are utilizing it in the field without accessibility to internet.

### "One of the best EHR systems & customer support businesses I've ever worked with"

100% Perfect - The system works perfectly and flawlessly. The customer support team is probably the "gold standard" when it comes to ideal costumer support - in their posture of support, in their competence in supporting the product and the accessibility/timeliness they respond in.

Pros

The company - down to earth, super friendly/helpful/personable and accessible, immediate response for requested support or updates. The system itself is customizable in that it can be set up for the needs of the mental health agency using it. We selected it because of it's design and automated systems helping us maintain our Behavioral Health Agency License standards and auditing. It has cut documentation time and stress down since we implemented it and it's ease of use, for both clinician and client, is amazing. It's client portal system works flawlessly and easily.

Cons

If there were any con, it takes time to set it up because it's customizable. Even though it could be a "one size fits all", I would strongly encourage any agency looking into using it, to take the time to customize it because just the shear size and scope of what it can do and the amount of time saved on the back end when actually using it.

I would like to see a system that allows us to check in clients from the calendar with a check in button vs going to the clients treatments and add time and date.

Pros

Where do I begin? Overall ReliaTrax (RT) is responsive to our agency needs. The programmers and staff are forward thinkers, they work tirelessly to make the system user friendly. More often than not they have already started working to finetune their system to comply with regional and state requirements for reporting data. This system offers so many great tools to assist clinicians in completing their notes as well numerous extras that make the administrative duties less time consuming (UA randomizer & daily Medicaid eligibility verification).

Cons

AR balances and tracking. This is a minor con that I am working through with RT.

The customer service is excellent, the training to use the system is efficient in helping users learn how to navigate the software. I feel this system for EHR purposes is very user friendly with little complications once the user learns through the training provided by the reliatrax organization and the ongoing video training to refer back to.

Pros

It is easy to navigate the system and the amazing communication between documents from the time a person begins the admission process to discharge.

Cons

At this time, I don't see any cons to the system. The training sets each user up for success in utilizing the software.

The system was not developed friendly for users in the SUD field. The documents do not communicate with each other causing multiple entries for the same information on a client. This is not efficient for time management purposes when dealing with the number of clientele we serve.

ReliaTrax is great! I wish I had switched over sooner!

Pros

If I have any questions there is someone to help me almost all the time and if they are not available, which is rare, someone gets back to me quickly. I have to submit information every month to the state. It would take me a day to do this. ReliaTtrax does this for me! It has freed up a lot of my time!

Cons

If there is something that the developers have to change, it takes a long time.

Easy to use. Easy to make it your own. Easy to keep track of clients and stay on top of notes, appointments, billing, and many other required aspects of someones treatment.

Pros

It is specifically targeted to substance use treatment. That is great because so many other programs are generalized and do not meet the needs of a Substance Use treatment facility.

Cons

Whenever something is missing, the Reliatrax team is quick to address it and adapt the portal to meet our needs.

### "It Just Makes Sense "

My experience with Reliatrax dating back more than three years has really been very good. I have always been able to get the support I need when I need it. They haven't done an exceptional job providing us with a very useful tool that meets the needs of our region in Washington State.

Pros

This program is very user friendly. If we follow the advice of the Canyon City we usually have no problems. The program offers a very simplistic avenue for me to review and approve documents for counselors in training and provide feedback for correction. Now, having the ability to customize the program to meet our needs is really the biggest Pro I can think of. Reliatrax allows us to to add the documents we need without waiting for someone external to do it like some companies. We also have extremely competent representatives to work with who are available almost any time and are very quick to respond. I have had the privilege to work with Reliatrax in two separate agencies. The first was on initial set-up where I learned much about the back-end. The folks in Canyon City were very long-suffering with me during this process. Exceptional people.

Cons

The thing I like the least is if you open a window for a particular document to edit and you open it twice so you can review the old document while manipulating a new one, if you close the new document first the only one that saves is the old document. So you have to be careful to exit out in the correct order. I would like to see a safety feature for this.

### "Easy to use, well rounded EHR"

I would highly recommend this EHR to anyone in the behavioral health field. The customer service is beyond amazing and are always immediately available to help with any problems. They also work hard to fix/add anything that will make your life easier with their EHR. Every EHR has its quirks or are missing something, but this one easily checks all the boxes for our facility needs.

Pros

This EHRs ability to construct the golden thread to be carried through all documentation is seamless and very helpful for our staff. The ability for us as administrators to create templates that can be utilized within the system is a big bonus. Counseling staff was very quickly and effectively trained on how to use the software, and because it is such an easy system, have had minimal issues in learning to use it. On the admin side of things, there are so many helpful reports that are easily generated, it makes admin/billing side of things easy and efficient. As a behaviroal health facility, it has been a huge help that this EHR can integrate with our UA lab and upload UA results automatically for us, which is a huge time saver.

Cons

When you add an insurance for an individual, it doesn't automatically apply the information to all of their treatment types. You have to manually go in and add the insurance, CPT codes, Units etc. for each service. So as services are added, you have to make sure either the counselor updates this information or informs admins of these added services so they can be billed for.

Reliatrax just made the most sense and was presented in a way that outlined all of questions/needs.

ReliaTrax is a great ehr system at an affordable price point, the staff were very patient and supportive during the setup period and offered extensive training with webinars available. Tech support staff have been available to answer questions and assistance with modifying templates. The software can be customized to suit specific services to better serve our patients. Customer service is amazing with helpful suggestions and timely answers.

Pros

ReliaTrax is user friendly and can be customized, it works great for billing and integrates well with external users and with the toxicology laboratory. It makes my life easier by integrating with my calendar, I can log in from any device and my it auto saves all of my work every time.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve, but that is true of any system.

ReliaTrax was highly recommended by another provider in the area and more affordable.

Pros

There are many attributes that I like about using ReliaTrax including- the user-friendly format, the efficiency of the drop-down menu and desktop features, the speed getting to other pages, and the help page that provides quick access to specific needs. What I Like most is the prompt and effective assistance I receive from the support staff- my support team and their patients dealing w/ my endless questions.

Cons

It cannot read my mind and automatically navigate me through the site.

I believe that not only did I choose the right EHR system for our company, I look forward to working with them for years to come. It has been one of the most positive experiences I have gone through while opening up a new clinic.

Pros

There are many reasons why I love Reliatrax, but the top two reasons are how many functions Reliatrax can offer, and second is the customer service you receive from them.

Cons

Because Reliatrax has alot to offer it can be alittle overwhelming when trying to learn the system.

Reason for choosing ReliaTrax

I choose them over all of the others because they allow coordination between probation officers, courts and us. Also they interface with urine analysis companies so I do not have to manually input results which cuts down in human error. Overall they had more to offer and at a fair price. Very positive from the beginning, throughout the setup/training process, and so responsive when we have questions or need modifications (including teaching me to fix things myself!)

Pros

The software meets all of our practice needs, as well as providing tools that we expect to utilize as our practice expands. Customer service is terrific — very responsive and helpful when I get stuck or have a question that I can’t find in the extensive learning library.

Cons

I haven’t run into anything that hasn’t been changed (ie: limited calendar hours, as we have very early appts. RT expanded the calendar!)

The cost of this software as well as the support offered in changing to this service has been an incredible value. The training offered to utilize the software has been easily accessible and thorough. Pros

One of the best features of Reliatrax is the ease of use. It's built with integrated logical sequencing and intuitive design, not like slow, clunky systems we've seen before.

I only wish we'd seen it sooner when our area first began adopting integrated care and searching for an EHR.
