I enjoy as an administrator being able to view what teachers and children are doing during the week and reading the feedback from parents. Pros Kaymbu provides a seamless way to deliver important information regarding a child's day and development to parents in an innovative way. Cons Sometimes the app crashes or doesn't start up which makes us revert back to using a paper form of daily notes which can sometimes take families by surprise. Review Source BM Beth M. Yeah it was easy to insert their diaper changes, what they ate, etc. it helped teachers connect with parents Cons I didn’t love all the options that the app gives you, i think their could be better ways to upload pictures and thing like that. For me, I love the ease of the app. Pros This is the easiest app to use and a such a great way to keep in contact with parents. I love the “Daily Note App”. Cons I have difficulty coping word documents into the story boards. The words copy fine; but, not underlined or bold text. Also, would like to be able to edit to photos more when you send as moments. The portfolios make assessments easy and fun for parents to read. I love being able to communicate with our parents at any time during the day. However, sometimes pictures will show as being taken in drafts, but then will disappear when I go to send them home later. We use storyboard for our portfolios and I love the ability to customize the look of each one, I would love a way to separate them easily into folders, not just with tags. The interface is easy to view, but I feel as if some of the functions could flow more easily. Overall, I love the app and the idea behind it! It is our main form of communicating with parents what is happening in the classroom and we also use it in the newsletter format. The app is great as it reaches parents instantly and they are able to respond with their comments and questions. It has a very professional layout and had been very well received from our families. Pros It is very user friendly. If you need help or have any questions the team is always available and there are many help articles to help you if you can't get a hold of them.
