### "Kaymbu Communication App"

Pros

The ease of communication has made all the teacher's jobs much easier. Instead to writing weekly newsletters to the parents, teachers are able to communicate quickly and in real time. Parents are very happy about this communication.

Cons

So far everything has been fine. Teachers are just beginning to use the product and did so with ease. Staff who are less digitally inclined just needed a bit of guidance from their colleagues.

It is a bit confusing to understand where are the tools are at first.

Overall, we have been very pleased with Kaymbu. We just did a parent survey and one thing that came out was that parents really like Kaymbu. We do have a few problems and a suggestion or two! One, when using our phones (iPhone and Android), sometimes there is a problem either loading the picture into drafts, or (after tagging), loading the picture from drafts to moments. Have you had other complaints of this? Also, with the success of Kaymbu as a documentation platform, we were wondering if the services could be expanded. Are there any plans for a calendar-type feature where future events could be planned and reminders sent out (via text or email)? Or a scheduling type feature where we could use parent info and let them schedule for events? Thank you!

All good.

Pros

The asthetics of it. it looks very appealing and our parents have commented on the ease of use and how it looks on their end. I like the uniformity of communication.

Cons

Limits of numbers pictures. Our teachers would like the opportunity to send out multiple numbers of pictures to their families and since there is a limit, they are not able to do so on Kaymbu all at once.

Our early education program, like many others had various mechanisms for parent communication-most hard copy paper, notes etc. At some point during the school year the "paper" communication became inconsistent, not purposeful, but just what happens in busy days of an early childhood program. With Kaymbu our classroom/parent communication has been and continues to remain consistent-pictures and videos support the written notes. This tool has proven invaluable to our teaching team and is a real selling point to new families. We have been using Kaymbu for almost a full three years and intend to continue!!!

I LOVE the product and my great experience started with working with a solid team. I was really nervous about how the product would work out when we started because my staff was not very tech savvy and averse to change. The Kaymbu team was understanding, helpful, flexible with our needs and we've since added the service to two more classrooms. The price is very reasonable and coupled with the service that we get, I feel like we are part of something that makes a big difference. The Kaymbu team is efficient, knowledgeable, responsive, and has met all our needs!

### "Beautiful Stories"

Pros

The modern interactive design and the quality of stories for parents was absolutely amazing.

Cons

At the time we were selecting a software, they did not have the curriculum uploaded in the system. Now they do.
