Overall: It has be very deployment to our use case most especially since we have a very special case of customer. Most of our sales are credit base which means a lot of following up must be done. With Loystars sms, we can communicate with customers, update them in regards to new product information. So far it has been awesome
Pros: Daily Transactions, product variants, customer database, uptodate technological standard. Internationally accessible. Remote support for customers. Tailored use for special cases, different payment structure for different customer use case
Cons: -since Loystar is built for SMEs, in special cases when ERP functions are required, it is very difficult to manage but with creativity of loystar team, there are always work arounds

Pros: Loystar is an easy to use product. What I like most about it is the ease of stock taking. Also its easy to be accountable with Loystar.
Cons: It would be nice if an accounting system could be built in, such that at the close of day one can have the accounting of daily sale done in the system itself

Overall: Overall I’d say I’m pretty satisfied. They have text support also which helps a ton.
Pros: I liked the inventory management aspect the best. I’m able to keep track of things across multiple places and see what is trending and what is not.
Cons: I don’t think there’s anything I’ve discovered yet that I do not like but I can say that Loystar is not ideal for larger businesses.

Pros: The customer performance is top notch and help review each customer performance per day, per week per month and per year.
Cons: I don’t think there is anything that come to mind at the moment.
