Overall, Signable is a good product. Although none of them are gonna be perfect.

Pros

I think what I liked the most about Signable is the ease of use. Of course trying to actually sign something on a screen rarely comes out looking good.

Cons

I wish that the signature would come out looking like a signature because most of the time I have to just put initials.

Easy and secure contract sign. Not much to complain except we wish there was an app for convenience.

Pros

Signs documents and keeps them safe. Very easy and efficient.

Cons

Not supported on mobile devices yet, requires network all the time.

Going paperless was an important and great decision for our business. It really saved us time and space having all the documents in a digital format and securely stored. Searching any document is a lot faster in the digital version.

Pros

Signable managed to organize my contracts, and I really like that they are stored securely. It is easy to any document and trace if they were signed or not and give reminders if needed.

Cons

It works good for me, i dont have nothing to mention as a con.

Pros

I admire that Signable has made it possible for us to easily sign the documents and contracts digitally.

Cons

I would appreciate if they can add new signature add ons to their existing library. This will avoid duplication.

Pros

Signable est mon outil favori pour signer électroniquement des fichiers pdf. Avec la possibilité de sauvegarder différentes signatures, l'outil est bien plus pratique que docusign. De plus, l'interface est très intuitive.

Cons

La personnalisation des emails n'est pas disponible, même au format payant.

Very positive - Signable makes contract management simple.

Pros

It's very easy to use. After the contract is uploaded, it's a straightforward process to insert the date and signature boxes, and send the document onto the relevant parties for signature. It's also cost effective - I like the pay as you go option as it means I'm not tied into paying for something that I don't need. The team are very helpful and responsive if you have any questions.

Cons

Nothing - it meets my needs in terms of contract management and signature.

Pros

I love how easy it is to set up a contract and have it sent out and signed by all parties. It's easy to track where a contract is in the signing process and the pay as you go option means that it's always cost effective, no matter how often you use it

Cons

I wish there was a way to create and update a document within Signable, rather than uploading a new document every time. If there is a way then it's not obvious as I haven't found it yet!

The templates store a document with the fields you would like your customer to complete. You can select that template without having to alter it each time you send.
