June 7, 2019 5.0 As the owner of a gas & central heating company, we have many disclaimers that customers need to be aware of when installing heating systems. Signable helped us to get all this information over to our customers with a click of a button. The customer must sign the document before any work goes forward. This sounds like something you can just create yourself, but signable also track the document and shows the digital fingerprint of the customers interaction. This helps if ever we need to prove in court that the customer knew what the disclaimers were. A MUST HAVE! Pros The way it tracks my customers use, giving accurate information if I ever needed to go court. Cons Creating templates on my iPhone was near impossible. I use my iPhone now, as all documents were set up from my computer first, but doing it on a MACBOOK PRO was challenging. Director Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Fantastic tool for managing my legal documents" December 28, 2017 5.0 It makes the management of legal documents significantly easier in our business. Pros It's ease of use and the fact that I can send a legal document to anyone, anywhere in the world, at any time with minimal effort. Cons I wish there was a review function for legal documents prior to signing, so I wouldn't get billed when a counter-signer comes back with requested changes. But given how cheap it is to use Signable, I'm really nit-picking here. :) Review Source MF Martin F. CFP Financial Services Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Now wasn't that easy? NO!" December 2, 2020 2.0 Horrible. Pros I get a client signature on the paperwork I need. Cons Definitely not intuitive. No written instructions I could find. Your video is not much help. I made up an envelope to send myself so I would know what the client saw and made my own instructions. To pull up these saved instructions, I have to pick another one then go back and pick mine. Sometimes I have to to this 2-3 times to get it to come up for the client. Have to start over many times because I made a mistake and there is no going back to fix anything. I have to put in names and email addresses every time, they are not available in the contacts list. Not even my own as a user. The tiny green dot you need to pick to sign is not obvious, nor is the tiny arrow at the top for next page. And this is all I can remember, the original learning curve was horrible. Cost effective compared to other e-sign solutions I have used and trialled previously. Cons No negatives as yet and I have been using Signable between a previous company and my own, for the best part of 2 years now. September 24, 2020 4.0 Signing paper documents was a great toll on me until I found signable. Pros Easy to use and set up. Moreover, documents can be retrieved easily to be examined later. Cons I suppose the thing I liked least about the software I can see is that I would like to integrate the platform into our MIS system so that documents were automatically sent when the information was entered, but not a major issue! Cons The thing I like the least is that if I find an error in a document that I've sent off to be signed, I have to cancel the envelope, waste a credit and send/pay for a new envelope. I think that if the envelope hasn't been signed and the process hasn't been completed then when you cancel an envelope, that credit should go back on your account. Many of my clients are service based businesses too and I have recommended Signable to them on many occasion - dragging them slowly out of the dark ages of printing, signing and scanning documents!
