Pros It quickly send the documents to my tenants and it's easy to keep track of when/if they sign them. Cons It can be a bit fiddly adding the signable fields in the same alignment as theres no grid lines. My customer signing find it very easy to use too. Cons I need to find out if I can go back to amend my message after adding signatures. Also need to find out if there is an audit trail of the messages that I have sent. I'm sure you can... it would be good if the outbound message could be in the email with the signed pdf that are returned. That way I could save whole email.... Review Source HC Huw C. It serves its purpose, but isn't crazy exceptional. Pros Signable is a great way to sign documents virtually and send back and forth. It's easier than using the Adobe software Cons I least like that Signable charges a fee to do this. It's really just signing paperwork, so I don't think it should be so costly. May 20, 2019 5.0 I am able to send contracts quickly and efficiently for great value for money. It's easy for my clients to sign and return them also. Pros I am able to upload my own contracts as templates and fill in specific fields to tailor to clients. Also the pay as you go option is great value for me as I don't send a large volume of contracts in a month. Cons Some of the terminology I found confusing to begin with but the customer service was really helpful in solving my confusion. Had a bride sign her wedding photography contract for when she gets married in the uk. She’s coming from Sydney Australia. Simple. Pros It works, you get progress updates and only pay for what you use. Cons Only thing if anything was setting up templates. But watched a YouTube video that made it simple. Pros It's simple to use, effective and controlling the cost with the plan options is very easy. The staff find the automated reminders to customers an absolute god send, as it's quite common that people take their time to sign agreements. Cons Currently (Jan 21) does not support initials fields other than workaround using text field. More fundamentally does not support parallel signing (eg of resolutions), only sequential signing. It makes the process so much easier and faster for both sides. We have found that clients are a lot more likely to sign the contracts sooner, as all they need to do is click a link in an email and fill in their details. Our old process was print, sign by hand, scan & send. When looking into getting a signing software for our company, I compared multiple types. This software was at such a competitive rate from other signing softwares and at the same level. Great software - would recommend to anyone! Pros The ease of use and the prices are very competitive with other software, its so much cheaper and just as good! Cons Nothing! September 10, 2019 5.0 This has been great software to use. Makes my life easier. Pros I love the different options given for signing/initials/dating documents. Makes signing documents over the internet so much easier and more convenient. Cons Really, this is great software, and I don't have any true complaints. If I had to give one, it would be that if you need to make a change once the document has been completed, you have to make a whole other one, which requires more credit. Honestly, it just makes me double and triple check the work, but that's not a big deal.
