I find this extremly useful these days. In terms of value, it offers a good amount of functionality for the price, particularly for teams that rely on customized workflows or fields. It’s not the easy to use at first, but once you understand how it’s structured, it becomes much more manageable. That's why I recommend some kind of UX review in that part. Day to day, the inventory management features are definitely one of its strengths. Tracking, adjustments, and reporting work smoothly once everything is set up. Order management also performs well, although some processes can feel a bit rigid unless you customize them. I’ve also run into a few minor bugs, nothing major, but slowness when aplying some filters applying filters. Even so, the level of customization makes up for it. You can tailor almost everything, from fields to entire workflows, which makes the system very versatile Pros The flexibility. Being able to customize the system so deeply is a huge advantage and not something you find in every inventory platform. Cons The learning curve is noticeable. It really has made scanning and getting a better understanding of workflow and receiving reports so much easier! Pros I have definitely enjoyed implementing Flowtrac into our workflow. It has been so convenient having the barcodes. It makes everything so much more seamless! Cons There have been no cons with using Flowtrac. It is a great program and the workflow is awesome, asdie from the 17 screens to get to certain areas of the program. Pros The Dashboard. Having the ability to see the products, where they live, and the activity of the items is amazing. So is having the ability to use a scangun, tablet or phone to be able to log items is awesome. Cons I would have like a template that provided alternative menaings to terminology. for example LPN - the uniques barcode the user will generate for each pallet. There is not always a chat person available to assist. You are on Chicago time and I am in Ohio and start work at 6:30am. There have been many time I have had to wait to get answers to questions. Cons IT Scriptnet, the platform on which this program is built, is not a very well documented scripting language. Reason for choosing Flowtrac Flow Trac knows IT Scriptnet, which is not very common. It will display the current information about the specific item you are currently looking for. Cons I didn't like how it came with these default settings that you cannot adjust or delete. For example, the bin names, there are multiple default bins and my company probably will not use all of them. This software took place of another system that we were using and outperforms by leaps. The system is user friendly, all-inclusive of everything we need, and leaps and bounds above our previous system. The program saved us so much time and energy and our stress levels were significantly decreased during Angel Tree season! The team at FlowTrac constantly gave us peace of mind whenever we were concerned about various aspects of the system and made sure everything functioned as needed, even when there were tight deadlines. They were quick to offer suggestions to improve the site and were eager to make the system the best it could be. With their help, we have taken a very time consuming process and minimized the effort needed to account for our schools inventory.
