I'm not a techie, and they're able to explain things so I understand what's going on and how it impacts my business. They are open to developing a true partnership - a two-way partnership; whereby they begin to understand and be able to interpret my needs. Still learning additional ways the system can help improve my operations after about a year - and that's a good thing. Pros Functionally proficient in all aspects of IMS. User interface and workflow is very intuitive. Customer support and communications like working with my next-door-neighbor (6 states away). Resolved numerous problems I didn't even know I had. Cons Install is remote. Not necessarily a bad thing, but it's like cliff diving - only exciting AFTER you live. Some (probably to be expected) tweaks necessary throughout full onboarding process. January 6, 2023 5.0 Once implemented we are hoping that this will make tracking our on hand inventory much easier as well as tracking total cost for each job site that we are working on and have completed. Pros It seems to have all the features that we were looking for in an inventory management program. I will be implementing this full fledged in the next week and we will really see how well it works for what we want to do. So far I see it working very well. Cons It could be overwhelming to someone just starting out trying to use this but it doesn't take long to get the concept figured out and there are a lot of customization option to this program for each user. There is almost no delay and that makes for optimal use of time and completion of tasks. Cons At first, there were a number of tabs displayed that made the program somewhat overwhelming to look at. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] took the time to show me how to clean it up and filter out only the items that I would be needing. We had a large list of needs and a short deadline to meet them. FlowTrac did a great job of moving at our pace and working to make our go live as smooth as possible. Pros The developers I worked with did a great job of working around our business logic to make the software faster and easier for the end user. Cons We made a lot of custom function and naturally we have to go back and rework some of the bugs. Most issues that we face are addressed quickly and our problems don't grow back. Reason for choosing Flowtrac FlowTrac was able to grasp the vision of our project and asked questions that let us know that they knew what we were facing. This system has really helped us upgrade our inventory and accounting. Pros FT is a great inventory system management tool. This syncs easily with QuickBooks and you can customize it to make it what you want. We were using an ancient system which made keeping tracking of inventory difficult but with FT, we have been able to get inventory accurate. Cons There are some steps which aren't very intuitive at first but after a little bit of time spent in the system you start to get the hang of it. Review Source AN Amanda N. Pros I like the ease of use and navigation through the system. Everything is straight to the point, if you want to add an order you go to the "Order" tab, if you want to check your purchases you go to the "Purchases" tab. Cons The software fit all of our needs. They're expertise in what they do made it way less stressful of an experience to new software. Pros I like the simplicity of using the barcode scanners. Pros The best thing this tool offered us was the ability for the users to search the database of 270000 part numbers and return any part number with that specific sequence of numbers. It eliminated the need to enter prefix that standard on 3/4 of our part numbers. It found the part with or without the prefix. Cons The ability remove users instead of inactivating their login and the inability to assign a user more than one role at once. Reason for choosing Flowtrac It met our criteria and they were familiar with inventory management processes. Switched from [GoFormz](https://www.capterra.com/p/125634/GoFormz/) It created draft versions of the inventory ticket that could be left open. The rapid growth of our business had overwhelmed the ability of our existing systems to keep-up. We needed a system to manage order entry, production, inventory, and outgoing shipments at our multiple locations. Since many of our bottles are used for pharmaceutical or food packaging we must maintain very accurate shipping records and provide detailed paperwork. Flowtrac gives us the ability to track orders, production needs, inventory, and outgoing shipments. The system generates all the detailed paperwork required for any shipment. We are able to know exactly where every bottle we produce has been shipped. The data on Flowtrac also allows us to track customer trends and better understand where our business is going. With the new FlowTrac application we now have a process that is simple and functional. The development team at FlowTrac listened to what we were doing and quickly zeroed in on what was needed. They didn't try to sell us extras that we didn't need but did suggest things that may help us. The programmers understood what we needed added or changed and completed the tasks quickly. Pros 1- Easy of use. 2- Advise received from the FlowTrac team. 3- Quick turn around on requested additions and changes.
