Overall the experience has been great and I wouldn't be without . The time Teamup saves allowing the team to focus on delivery to our members pays the monthly fee and much more.

Pros

has saved the team so much time. It is easy to use, members love it. Win, win.

Cons

Wrapping my head around initial set up however the customer service offered sorted this in no time.

Switched from

Very easy for clients to book in allowing us to manage our classes. I know once someone has booked in this way that all the forms have completed. Any time where we have had any issues or we're unsure of something it has been resolved quickly.

Pros

It's simple to use and is easy to keep track.

Cons

I wish that when you run reports it was more customisable for the report you want.

Pros

Good to be able to schedule classes happening simultaneously. Good to inbed in my Wix website.

Cons

Terminology and interface isn't intuitive. Almost too many options for use and this can be complicated.

Excellent. Ease of use and set up was the best I’ve used. Above all their customer service is far above average.

Pros

Ability to manage classes, customers, memberships and payments all in one place.

Cons

I’d also like to be able to schedule personal training on the software but this isn’t possible whilst I have to create specific blocks of time as opposed to offering open hours.

It's been great for our business to take away some of the time consuming tasks. Definitely worth the investment

Ease of use for both staff and users. It completely took away the stress of bookings and payments

Cons

The ability to do multiple transactions in one I. E add items to a basket and pay once. If someone has 2 children to book and pay for both they need to do 2 transactions

Pros

GoTeamUp is very user friendly and has some very powerful reporting to enable us to analyse our business on a monthly basis which we use to adapt and grow our business.

Cons

Initially it didn't integrate with ClassPass - but the team at GoTeamUp took on board our feedback and set this up.

She especially loves that there is always someone friendly to hand whenever questions arise. Even if the team don't manage to pick up the phone they always call back as soon as they get a chance,,

Could be simplified even further. Some features are redundant for me so would like the option to remove them. Would like further tie in with BoxMate to bring the overall cost down for consumer.

It saves me so much admin time and allows me to get on with more important aspects of my business.

Sometimes the set of direct debits can be a little confusing for a small majority of clients but that might be down to user error!

Customer Experience is great. They are always available for support if required.

Pros

It makes sign up and booking easy. Payments, memberships, on-demand content and customer management is simple and streamlined.

Cons

The only missing element for me is the fact that on-demand content is universal and customers cannot track progress. This means it can get very confusing when you have a lot of content. If there was a simple complete button that would be very helpful for each video.
