Pros

Ease of use, it just didn't do everything we needed it too

Cons

Cost. If you forget to put payment details in during or after your trial, they send at least 3-5 emails every day to try and get you. Very over the top marketing.

Cons

It can look a little cluttered if settings or features or not setup. First-time users might have a slight learning curve when setting up.

Pros

From the very start it has been really simple to use. It was great that someone was there to guide through the whole process from the start was extremely useful. It has helped me save more time and helped improve our service greatly.

Cons

Not found anything to date. It has to be remembered that the software is built for a mass group of people and not individual BUT there is always a work around.

TeamUp is not only easy to set-up and maintain, but literally provides you with a full scale front office team feel for any size studio. Onboarding of new-members and maintaining existing members is very simple and customizable. One of the best membership management tools on the market.

Cons

Haven't found any limitations to being able to manage memberships or payments that are of any significance.

It's fairly not expensive and we can manage our customers easly.

Cons

You can't amend membership price for customers so after 3 months of the discounted price they come back to "regular price"

I'd been recommended to try TeamUp by many pals in the Pole industry but delayed doing so for fear of the set up process and actually getting students to understand things too! But ... Pros It's relatively easy to set up - made easier by the amazing customer support available! It is not too difficult for most students to understand - there are always some, but aren't there with anything! I like the visuals - it's easy to navigate and makes sense to me - even after a few short weeks! One week into actually going Live - most students are on board and I've been able to work my way through & round everything that I need to - so far! Cons Some terminology - I've had to change things as I went along - but that was possible so that;s a Pro! I've had to adapt some of my working practices to suit the system rathe than the other way round - but that's not all bad either! All in all - I'm a very happy customer - thank you!

It’s incredibly user friendly. I loved the set up guide and made the process of getting off on a great start so easy. The customer service is fantastic - any question I have, they respond quickly and are always happy to help. Every feature is well thought out and I really enjoy using it.

It’s perfect. Pretty much all is covered and the support from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] in the UK has been fantastic.

I guess for a sole trader it’s slightly expensive but worth every penny, if that makes sense!

Comprehensive features and design. Ease of use.

Cons

Price. As a small club the overhead is slightly higher than I would like, but the scalablility of the product as my club grows is there and the cost benefit will be outweighed by the productivity gained by this product.
