### "Takes away the hassle"

I use Teamup for a class I run for experienced musicians and improvers. I will always want to run this class, but it is not the main income stream for my company. As its not a primary source of income I want to keep the admin time as minimal as possible and this is what TeamUp fulfills.

Pros

I run a class in African Drumming. TeamUp manages bookings and payments and i have it set up so income coming in can be included in a finance software ledger without me having to lift a finger. Prior to this it really took up my time processing payments for individual customers. TeamUp also manages registrations and and deals with late cancellations. The customer care has been absolutely first class!

Cons

Certain aspects could be a little more intuitive. It is a little tricky for a customer to register on behalf of someone else. There is a 'family' tab feature to do this but i think it is a little unclear from the customer's point of view how this tool works on their profile. however I can set this up for a customer.The price each month is a bit of a commitment, but for me it s worth it if it frees up my admin time.

Pros

Ease, variety of things it can do, taking my small business to the next level with high powered software

Cons

Sometimes it’s tricky to find things but it’s by far the most intuitive booking system I’ve used in comparison to similar products

Pros

I love this software, it allows me to schedule multiple fitness classes and keep track of payments and class attendances easily.

Cons

I find it difficult to view it as a customer, to see what their experience is like. Occasionally people find signing up to classes difficult. Sometimes I try to send people a link to get to the page they want to get to but it doesn't work because I'm on a business account.

### "The best booking system!"

I used TeamUp before the pandemic but I was so glad that I already had everything in place when Covid happened. TeamUp was without a doubt the best system to be using during that challenging time: the way they quickly integrated Zoom meant I wasn't manually sending out Zoom links to members. They also sent regular updates with helpful tips and ways to keep my business running.

Pros

The customer service is second to none and the members find it easy to use.

Cons

Sometimes setting things up is challenging but the team are always on hand to help and test things!

Really great, super helpful when I have any questions.

Pros

Super simple, free app for members and they can book and cancel on their end. Dashboard is easy and I can change things on the back end.

Cons

Wish there was a push notification to the app and not just the mass email - incase of class changes etc

It has been a good "off the shelf" piece of software for us since we cannot afford to build a custom made software

Managing customer memberships and payments

Cons

It is only really for fitness - not set-up for our business - could easily be adapted for parent-child class management in my view. Also useful for fitness I guess would be better tracking of free trial classes and conversion rates.

Excellent, solves all the problems highlighted above

Pros

Our customers love Teamup, especially the app. It is quick and easy for them to book onto classes. From the business owner perspective it is quick to set up memberships, track class attendance and you are notified if a payment fails. It is easy to keep ontop of everything. We only offer a few classes/week but for the ease this software creates and the time saved not chasing money etc we are very happy with Teamup. Finally, the customer service team are super helpful if you have any problems and need to call them.

Cons

It's a little pricey compared to some of its contenders, especially if you only do a few classes/week.

Great over the last 6 years.

Pros

Easy to use and very clear. Many features available and I’m sure I do not use it to its full potential.

Cons

I would like an option to activate a late cancel fee for members who late cancel a class, the system should charge then a pre determined fee. We use boxmate alongside team up. Ideally one software should do everything in one package rather than two different interfaces.

I had used mindbody at a previous facility and it was rubbish. Both mindbidy and Wodify were American based so getting help was a hassle due to time difference

Saves time and keeps all data organised in one place.

Pros

It makes it very easy to track and control student's bookings, keep track of everyone's class passes and integrate with different payment systems so that it all syncs and works automatically without us having to do too much customer support.

Cons

Could be great if it could integrate mb way, a Portuguese payment system.And have more options / details / ways to customise the integration with zoom.

We use TeamUp for a shared calendar for our small business. It's easy to see all employees schedules, book appointments, and manage vacation days

Cons

I wish there was more integration with Google Calendar, or better options to protect the calendar behind a login. Other than that, no complaints at all

It has removed the human element and error from the booking process. It means that payments are taken with no user input and no chasing required, it also means that late cancels are charged and no difficult conversations have to be had with clients. It very quickly pays for itself in that regard.

Pros

As a personal training company, TeamUp was a game changer. Versus all the other products that I trialled, this was the simplest to use, easiest to set up and much more cost effective than the other systems. The support is great too. I cannot recommend this highly enough.

Cons

In the earlier days when there was less functionality, it was more of a problem but now its fine. Possibly the aesthetics could be improved if I am being pedantic.

Generally good but not as good as I’d hoped.

Pros

I got TeamUp earlier this year to replace another much cheaper product that my members really struggled with. While the initial set involved more work (the on demand area took a while as I had to manually add all of my video links), I’m much happier with my members’ experience, ease of use and fewer queries to me.

Cons

I’d like more flexibility around customer reporting/views, being able to send more links to e.g. PARQs, more granularity on client journeys and contact (i.e. more flexibility and functionality around email and ideally the ability to send texts too).

We love teamup and that is why it is coming up to 5 years using the system. We have hardly any problems getting new members using it which is essential in our field.

Pros

It is so clear and easy to use. The integration with stripe or gocardless is a huge positive for us.

Cons

Reports can sometimes be hard work. It does what we want it to but can sometimes be complicated to find what we are after.

Pros

The fact that for the most part it runs itself! Once set up customers can follow a simple process of signing up and registering for classes without our input!

Cons

The system seems to take a bit of a long winded approach to certain edits for example changing class times.
