TeamUp allows clients to create their own accounts, file their own enrolment forms and manage their own classes - taking a lot of the administrative burden away from the business owner. No more chasing payments or making mistakes! I believe that the facility for clients to set up a direct debit and create a recurring reservation for their preferred class helps with client retention and results!

Cons

There is relatively limited personalisation of the class schedule, meaning that the calendar doesn't look seamless on my website.

Wonderful, I love it, a real game changer.

Wonderful, I love it, a real game changer. "It makes life so much easier for the management team, the fitness instructors and the members, and it saves us time (and money) and removes stress x"

Cons

If a customer unregisters themselves from classes they do not show up on the slipping away report. On occasion this means that members can slip through the net(and end up leaving) and we have been unaware they havent been in as they dont show up on reports.(as they are constantly unregistering themselves, and not showing up on late cancellations or no shows reports). If we could have an option for "dormant" members, who are paying but not coming in and are unregistering, that would be the final piece in the puzzle for me. I was shown a way i could do this by tech support but it involved lots of spreadsheets and messing around, and a manual check almost. Thanks

Great - the customer service is 10/10

Integrations available - I use this software to not only hold all my membership information centrally along with let students purchase & pay for classes but it also integrates with my accountancy software, my mailing list software so everything is easy to manage

It is expensive compared to a lot of other alternatives out there

It's been brilliant!

Pros

It's just easy. Never slows down, never any bugs, never any issues and the support is second to none. It just makes a gym owners life easy.

Cons

One TINY thing for me which is to filter certain elements. I.E: Not to have inactive clients birthdays show up on our dashboard.

All the takes I needed to to was covered and was simple to set up.

Pros

Team up is simple to use for the administrator and for our members. I set it up once which took about 1 days work and that work has rewarded us for over 2 years now. Daily I do a quick report check and with jsut that work I manage our whole membership database.

Cons

The only thing I would like to see added is a direct link to our e-mail marketing softwear mailchimp.

We have a saying in coaching " Athletes don't care what you know as long as they know you care" This is the feeling I get from TeamUp I feel like a valued customer and they care about helping my business

It's very straightforward to use, in the fitness industry were not overly keen on spending time on computers or software, it needs to be functional and straightforward

Cons

To be fair we don't use the product to its fullest abilities, so don't really have much insight into any downsides

Pros

Takes away all the need for direct contact with clients when booking into classes etc, and allows payment

Cons

Sometimes clients find it difficult to navigate, and it defaults to a cash payment and doesn't allow return to pay by card.

Dashboard is great. Integration with existing website was simple. Team support is class.

Cons

It is a little bit more clunky from a customer perspective but MBO is far more expensive. Also staff use is limited. I would like monthly reports sent to me with Revenue/ Memberships/ Customers for review.

Overall, I spend less time at my computer but with the same results, my clients are happy and find the online booking system easy to use and I feel confident knowing that as a customer, I can voice any concerns I may have without fear of judgement and the team will work hard to guide me the best way to resolve them.

Pros

Team Up is an amazing piece of software which has given me more free time to spend with family and friends which I can enjoy, knowing that the day to day management of my business is in safe hands :) It’s easy to use and one thing that really stands out for me is that the customer support is outstanding!

Cons

To be honest, the team are so open to listening and learning from their customers that any minor issue which may crop is sorted very quickly. Equally, any suggestions I have had on how the system could be improved has be addressed and actioned so at present, everything is great :)

Pros

I like being able to open my dashboard and everything I need (and more) is there. I can use it from my phone whilst standing on the gym floor

Cons

I would like push alerts weekly for those slipping away and also able to identify those who cancel out and don’t attend. This would allow me more easily for focus on member retention

We have been using teamup for several years now. They are always making improvements and we are happy with their system. Any issues we email over and they are always quick to respond.

We’ve had a couple of issues with putting memberships on hold and understanding the payment process. But they helped us a long the way and we are sorted.
