No chasing, full automation. Pros Great customer service so no issues getting help when setting up. My company makes more money and I have much less admin now. Cons Needs more work on the OD. Not being able to sell workouts or apply credits to recorded workouts is a major drawback. If I want to monetise my OD, which I will eventually, I will have to put it on a separate platform which sort of defeats the purpose of otherwise having everything on one service. I also like that they continually add features and the price doesn't go up. Its clear that the Team up team are passionate about creating the best software program available. I've been using this software now for about 8-9 years and I wouldn't look anywhere else. Cons I would like to see more options for getting/offering referrals. November 19, 2022 5.0 Pros Once a client is set up the app is so easy to use, assign package, manage memberships and finances. Clients can manage their own bookings/cancellations within my set perimetres. The amount of time saved on admin by having this app is invaluable! Cons It would be great if the clients version of the app was as clear and user friendly as the admin side.
