Whenever there's been a query, Teamup has responded very quickly. It's a wonderful software and I literally couldn't do business without it. Pros I love how everything integrates so smoothly- whether it's making payment, booking classes or our mailchimp marketing, it's all there in teamup. Cons There's very little that I dislike about this software. If there's anything I'd love to see though, it would be the possibility of integrating with other yoga franchises - ie: ways students could have memberships across multiple studios. Pros Really easy to use and customise. Customer service excellent and will make sure that everything is set up properly. Takes all the stress out of taking payments and signing people up. April 5, 2022 5.0 Teamup have taken away our need for monthly invoicing which was a huge headache! Their support over the last few years has always been top notch too. Pros Teamup makes it really easy for members to manage their session attendance but also for us, as coaches, to keep tabs on their activity. Cons It would be great if teamup had a "noticeboard" type feature (included in our subscription cost) so that we could send important messages to all of our members as and when needed. I know with other systems this can take days to get an answer. Pros I use the system daily. It’s really easy to use. Cons It would be good to have a crm attached to the system. Cons Not able to implement joining fees. Prospects can create profiles and not select a membership creating half a profile which we then need to chase. If a member upgrades, their payment date changes automatically (unless we change it manually after)which means they pay additional fees. Great customer service with help but issues do not seem to be worked on and programme has some flaws. Pros Easy to manage my memberships, and keep tabs on clients. Saves me hours of administration. Helped me manage my business for growth. The customer service is excellent. Cons I have had problems since the app update with clients clicking a class to book. Pros It is so easy to use, support staff are always helpful when I need help to make amendments to the app. Cons Have to refresh as doesn’t always bring the accurate informed up instantly ie, the dash board will show 5 people booked in, but when I press to check there register there are more people registered. Not only is there online support, TeamUp have always returned my calls, taken as long as needed to help with any questions. I have been given advice on different marketing ideas, which has been particularly helpful. I have also been offered suggestions to utilise all areas of the TeamUp software. Pros TeamUp is a comprehensive software package. It offers so much more than just a ‘booking platform’. I particularly like the ability to send emails to clients at different stages of their membership i.e. new customers, slipping away etc. The software also allows you to track your income. There is the scope to customise memberships and classes to suite your individual business. Cons Initially understanding how clients viewed TeamUp as opposed to the business user. Everything can be done from my phone on the go, whether amending client sessions or dealing with memberships, it’s all in one place. Pros I feel like the support is great and the system is very easy to use. It’s useful that you can combine all elements - booking, payment, forms etc through one system; it is specifically great for small businesses. I’m not usually great with technology, but found the customer support has been excellent so I have managed to set my account up easily with the help of the Team Up staff. Cons It took a little while to figure out how to set up some of the forms that I wanted online due to the formatting etc, however I was still able to add them all to the system in the end. Reason for choosing TeamUp I had used Team Up with a previous company that I worked for and after seeing how affordable it was, I decided to continue using it when branching out into my own business.
