Very happy Great customer care if I ever have a problem..

Pros

It runs and manages my classes with minimum effort. Customers are able to sign up through my website straight to team up.I can then manage all payments and classes through team up.The dashboard is a useful tool showing you your revenue etc.

Cons

The calender embedded to my website is not the best looking.I only run classes on a Sunday yet it shows the full week and Monday to Saturday are left blank.

I liked how easy it was to book classes in person or online, and it showed what classes were online and in person.

Cons

I didn't find anything really wrong with the software. It was a pretty good software.

I initially resisted getting any software to automate class bookings, taking payments etc, but finally took the leap....and wish I'd done it sooner! So easy to use (takes a bit of getting used to), for me as business owner and the coaches who also use it. Such good value for money - just ticks over in the background leaving me more time for other areas of the business.

Pros

Ease of use for business and user. Integrates well with current website. Automates tricky areas of the business.

Cons

Sometimes a bit complicated to set up new classes etc up, but probably because I haven't needed too much!

They were very helpful and reassuring when I first decided to sign up. They spoke of their experience with other people in my industry who use Team Up. Any time I’ve had a problem or not known who to do something they have been great at sorting it.

An app would be good to make it even more user friendly

Really valued the initial call with a staff member from TeamUp who helped me understand how to make the most of all of the great features the software has.

Pros

I chose TeamUp because I remembered how easy it was to use as a consumer, and wanted the same experience for my members when I started my business. The best part is how flexible it is - there are so many things I am able to customise to fit my business model, even down to the colour of the classes to fit my brand.

Cons

It's not completely dummy-proof! I have had a few people struggle to figure out how to sign up, especially when doing from a phone rather than a desktop.

Pros

Customer size is absolutely on point. Very clued up on their own software and v quick response time. Easy of use from an administrative side.

Cons

The pricing is mid tier to competition but with the ample features to be expected.

Its been a brilliant experience, have used it for 4.5 years and would highly recommend it. I doubt i'll use anything else ever.

Pros

Team up is a super simple system that offers great value and functionality given the simplicity of it. It allows us to easily manage customer accounts including payments with ease from my phone.

Cons

Some of the features like kiosk arent active when you first get started, but team up will quickly activate it however if you don't know about it you don't know to ask.

So easy to use for me and my clients. Absolutely invaluable.

Pros

The set up call was invaluable and once it’s set up it pretty much does everything itself. The payment system is easy for my clients to use and I don’t have to worry about chasing people.

Cons

I’d like it to be easier to see who has cancelled a mandate. It doesn’t tell me in the automated email and you have to dig for the info

Pros

Easy to use software, great support from customer service. Always very responsive to queries. Everything in one place, payments, bookings etc Customers like the software too

Cons

Would be nice to have a proper app clients could dowload Havnt really mastered the reports or the emailing function as yet but I’m sure help is available here for me to learn if I reach out to the team.

Customer service is fantastic and it has saved me lots of time with managing bookings! Plus it's easy for my clients to use

Pros

It saves me time and effort with bookings, payments, cancellations etc for my members! It's easy to set up new classes. I'm sure it has many other wonderful features that I haven't used

Cons

I believe the cost is the higher end and I would be likely to swap if I com across a similar platform.

It is easy to use from both ends. Our clients make bookings easily. Memberships are easily managed.

The may features, including courses, classes, on-demand, notifications, in integrations to other apps plus more!

Cons

To be able to have a member of staff on the team wh can do your on-demand content for you. This xcut=rrently isn't possible without giving the staff member full access to all of your account.
