Pros: Built for NetSuite

Cons: Would like to do skill set matching - this isn't built in yet although I know this is on the road map for a future release

Overall: Our business implemented NetSuite and were looking for a field service solution to schedule out jobs to our Technicians located across the country. We had replaced multiple systems with Netsuite so were looking for a solution on the platform. NextService is easy to use, very visual and provides a seamless allocation of jobs and record of historical and real time data from our Technicians. We have reduced our invoicing time, and in turn increased our cash flow post implementation.
