August 18, 2017 5.0 Pros It is easy to navigate, it is great for communication between the whole team, and as a new user in a new position in my career it has made keeping on task super easy! Cons There isn't really much not to like about Flow, I haven't been using it for very long at this point. The worst thing this far is that is not very mobile compatible it would be nice if there was a Flow app that functioned exactly the same as the online version. Review Source MM Mallisa M. Flow allows me to assign tasks to each event- meaning I can now keep track of everything that I need to do leading up to a shoot, and everything that needs to be done down to delivering my clients their final galleries. April 25, 2020 5.0 Flow's been useful for projects I managed with a team, it kept us organized and on track. Pros Mainly, I like the tasklist view (and the Kanban-style as well). The design is simple with an intuitive user interface. I think the price is reasonable and not very pricey per user. Cons To get the maximum out of flow, one must clearly know the workflow to the begin with, it is quite limited in terms of management, works better in tracking purposes. Review Source JR Jack R. Used the software for: ### "Flow is Slack on Steroids" January 25, 2017 4.0 Flow is really cool! It has the same basic capabilities as Slack but offers more services deeper. With the complete integration of task-based work you can manage everything you did in Slack but also overview the status of work. The only qualm I have is the ineffective chat feature. To send personal messages you have to go to a completely different page which gets frustrating when you have frequent communication with your team. " June 9, 2017 4.0 Pros Duplicating a project is great although I would love a feature where tasks can have dates that calculate back from the deadline. I enjoy the Kanban view and the private tasks. Cons Trouble integrating into gmail calendar (although this may have been resolved). Some less savvy users went from having too many notifications to too few, therefore getting discouraged from using the tool. April 3, 2018 5.0 Pros I have only began to use this software, but so far I love all the training and learning videos that you are able to access. I like that it has a main page where you can see all upcoming tasks at a snapshot. You really are able to cater the capabilities according to what works best for you work flow which I really like. So far so good Cons I have not run into anything that I do not like about this software. Don;t waste time looking for other options like I done. This one works better than them all. Easy to use, extremely functional, always improving it, focus is on tasks and not trying to do a million things which most people don't bother with anyway. It integrates with Slack which we're also using with some of our clients, and perfectly suits our small team (7) of designers/programmers. We've been using Flow for about 2 years and been impressed by the way they've grown the product in a sensible way and avoided the temptation to become bloated with useless features. I also love the connection to dropbox for easy file access. I do wish there was a way to just hide a section rather than to delete it within a project and a separation of long-term/yearly projects vs. dated projects; these are small things VERY specific to my job type and organizational methods. Pros One of the things I love most is how Flow lets me break down a project to the tiniest detail, assigning due dates and other people to work on it. I think it is user friendly, aesthetically pleasing, and just a great project management tool. Being able to create private tasks is great for being able to stay on track through the day and week. Cons It is a little difficult getting set up in the software.
