Wonderful app that supports me as a healthcare professional. Many features are available. Very responsive team. HexFit Lab is an incredible addition that keeps our practice on top of technological progress.

Pros

I liked the variety of exercises and the professionalism. It truly makes my kinesiology job easier. I can have everything on one app, keeping my client's information organized and sharing it with them easily. The app developers are quickly available when I need help.

Cons

The nutrition side needs development. When making nutrition plans, some basic foods are missing, and it would be nice to create meal alternatives within the same program. Also, for my online business, it would be nice for the client to be able to upload pictures and videos into the documents I ask them to fill. It is an expensive app if you want unlimited clients.

Overall because the customer support is so prompt, my experience with HexFit has be good. It is definitely easier to have all of my patients' information in one place, accessible from anywhere, and not have to worry about paperwork. My patients really appreciate the exercise plans available via HexFit, too.

Pros

Integrating the software into my business was pretty easy. There is always someone available on the live chat to help answer questions and resolve any issues. The exercise plan tool is comprehensive - there are hundreds of exercises and it is easy to edit them for descriptions and prescriptions. I like that the appointment calendar syncs to Google and updates regularly. Being able to do video calls and billing directly through HexFit has been great during the pandemic. The SOAPIE forms are easy to use.

Cons

The invoicing requires a few updates to be easy to use for Kinesiologists - past appointments should be available to be billed and the date that the service was provided should be automatically a part of each invoice. The SOAPIE forms are easy to use, but it would be better if it was a continuous document, so that when a patient comes in I can just scroll down to see what we did over the last few sessions. This would save time and ensure my service is efficient. My clients have also struggled to get MyFitnessPal succfessfully connected to HexFit

Overall I am happy and will continue using for the exercise purposes

Pros

I like the ease of the exercise library. I usually write my workouts on paper (because I overthink it) and then transfer to an actual program. All exercise are there. My clients like the ease of the app.

Cons

Nutrition portion of the app. It's somewhat difficult creating meal plan and I find the portions inaccurate

No complaints other then the price and a few glitches with the app. (When clients use it.) Otherwise, it has never disappointed me.

Pros

Fully customizable programs, ease of use and all-in-one platform to simplify training clients in a professional way. It's really a very powerful tool.

Cons

The cost is very high. Especially if both hexfit AND stripe are taking a cut of the company profits, it is hard to pass this on to clients with the current worldwide inflation and financial hardships. You are forcing trainers to cater to people who are better off financially. There should be a discount offered to healthcare practitioners who are trying to help everyone-young/old/students/disabled. It would be easy to prove by showing our license. There are apps that are even free (Telehab) but currently do not offer customizable video uploads so this is the only reason so far keeping me on Hexfit.

Pros

That which we most greatly appreciated about Hexfit is its unique capability to deliver a collaborative central hub for practitioners, clients and administrators.

Cons

We are looking forward to Hexfit developing its capabilities around small group appointments bookings along with an accounting platform. This would provide for a comprehensive full-business hub for administrators.

Pros

Hexfit is user friendly and makes it easy to create workout plans for my clients. With the enormous number of exercises to choose from, I always find what I am looking for. The AI tools are a great add on for inspiration and for interaction with my clients.

Cons

Don’t think there is anything I dislike.

Je suis content globalement. Je préfèrerais que les semaines et les variations de charges soient clairement visualisable selon les semaines, la "sélection automatique" de la semaine selon le choix de l'utilisateur, n'est pour moi pas idéal.

Pros

Banque d'exercices larges, mais uniquement avec le rajout de 10.-/mois. Le système de choix, modififaction des exo, copies, remplacement est très pratique.

Cons

Dommage de devoir rajouter de frais pour la banque d'exo. Je souhaiterais pouvoir d'avantage créer, modifier et enregistrer des modèles de séances et non de programme. C'est handicapant d'être limiter par le passage via programme, par exemple si une compétition ou un match se cale au milieu on ne peut pas programmer correctement la période.

Très agréable de pouvoir personnalisé la majorité des données et documents. Un grand plus pour les clients qui sont mieux suivis et qui ont un retour optimal de leurs professionnels. Aussi, un énorme merci à l'équipe pour leur patience et leur temps durant cette période de mise en place : ils sont disponibles et très réactifs.

Pros

Un outil de travail complet qui optimise le suivi client, sous tous ses aspects! Tout est centralisé ce qui rend l'outil complet et pratique.

Cons

La prise en main n'est pas évidente, mais c'est pour le mieux donc ça vaut le coup de prendre le temps pour s'y habituer.

Assez content de se produit, mais je pense qu'il peut être encore amélioré et je trouve par contre le prix trop élevé et comme je suis en france j'ai une taxe supplémentaire de ma banque ce qui risque de me faire changer de plate forme tres rapidement.

La création rapide de séance, varié et accessible à tous niveaux. Et la réactivité du service après vente.

Cons

manque de mouvements en haltérophilie surtout les demi mouvements type snatch high pull (tirage haut d'arraché.

Très bonne expérience, je l'utilise quotidiennement avec mes clients et j'en suis très satisfait!

Pros

L'intégration de mes exercices personnels est excellente car ma pratique fait que j'utilise presque exclusivement des exercices peu connus. La planification des séances dans l'agenda de mes clients. L'élaboration des programmes assez intuitive.

Cons

L'élaboration de nouveau questionnaire est assez chronophage car il faut un certains temps d'adaptation au concepteur. L'idée est excellente mais je la trouve difficile à mettre en pratique.

Vraiment satisfaite, ce logiciel m'aide énormément pour coacher et me fait gagner beaucoup de temps. Je peux rajouter beaucoup de clients et leur envoyer d'office des évaluations et des tests. Je recommande !

Pros

Très ergonome autant pour les coachs que pour les clients, il est simple d'utilisation. La bibliothèque d'exercice permet de créer énormément de combinaisons de trainings facilement. La possibilité de rajouter des liens vers youtube ou de créer des exercices est vraiment intéressante.

Cons

Le nom des exercices est parfois peu intuitif (nom canadien au lieu du nom francais ou anglais) et donc difficile à trouver. Il serait intéressant d'avoir des exercices type "Pilates" en plus dans la base. Je trouve que la partie Nutrition est à améliorer.(pas assez intuitive, pas assez fourni)

Je suis plutôt satisfait du logiciel. J'aimerais avoir plus de données venant des appareils connectés comme le HRV et les données de sommeil.

Pros

La création des programmes de renforcement musculaire. Cela me fait gagner du temps par rapport à mon ancien fonctionnement (google sheet) et me permet de récolter les feedbacks de mes clients et d'adapter leur programme.

Cons

La partie nutrition. Prends du temps pour le client car les produits scanner ne sont pas enregistrés et demandent à être re-scanner à chaque fois. Il manque aussi des bilans hebdomadaires pour voir une vue globale de la semaine.

Customer service is really great and are always available to receive your questions! I appreciate that a lot!

Pros

What I love about this software is the thousands of exercises available to us for training programs. It's super easy to find exercises, modify its instructions, and also the language. I also love that you can upload your own documents, create forms, and track clients' progress.

Cons

The app isn't quite easy to download and access for my clients. There seems to be a glitch. Also, modifying the programs takes a few steps.

My clients enjoy seeing their exercise together. The groups are also helpful for group classes.

Pros

There are lots of functions and exercises. I like that I can make reports and customize those reports as well.

Cons

I don't like how I can't edit the name of an exercise when making a program but have to do it in the exercise bank.
