Cons

Ein direktes Posten von Instagram Stories, ohne extra selbst aktiv zu werden wäre super, ist aber vermutlich technisch einfach nicht möglich.

Die Mitarbeitenden von Facelift als auch unsere persönliche Ansprechperson waren dabei stets hilfsbereit, zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Pros

Facelift ist ein leistungsstarkes Social Media Tool, das alle wichtigen Funktionen integriert. Besonders in den Bereichen Publishing und Community Management überzeugt es mit umfassenden und hervorragenden ausgestatteten Features.

Cons

Im Bereich Analytics fehlten uns jedoch einige wichtige Funktionen, wie beispielsweise Möglichkeiten für Benchmarking, Hashtag- oder Themen- und Markenmonitoring. Die Erstellung von individuellen Reportings ist etwas umständlich.

Im Großen und Ganzen sind wir mit Facelift zufrieden. Die Änderungen der letzten Monate haben das Gesamtbild leider etwas getrübt.

Pros

Facelift ist vor allem in der Beitragsplanung sehr übersichtlich und hält alle relevanten Elemente direkt bereit. Auch bei zu großen Bildern oder zu langen Texten wird direkt hingewiesen.

Cons

Leider gibt es in letzter Zeit vermehrt Bugs und Probleme aufgrund diverser Änderungen.
