Comments: We were using a standalone program (CKZ) that just wasn¿t very good. Had a lot of trouble with lockups, slow, and forced us to spend several hours a week manually tracking PTO, correcting punch mistakes, and getting the data into workable reports for our accountant. The new NEXconnex timeclock works flawlessly. It tracks sick and vacation time, and even calculates shift differentials. It also notifies you when employees are missing punches and self-corrects so that any missing punches do not mess up the remainder of the week. At the end of the pay period, it reports into a nice excel spread sheet for our accountant. We also use NEXconnex for scheduling, EHR and receivables. Great software, fantastic customer service!

Comments: The support staff is very accessible, and almost always has any issue resolved after the initial phone call. The way the patient insurance data is stored on the patient account by each exam is unique and very user friendly. They were pro-active for the ICD-10 transition doing all end-to-end testing, making the actual transition seamless. The clearinghouse they use will do electronic claims on most insurance companies that accept electronic claims and there is a whole lot of valuable information to capture.
The only "con" is the way you read the exam insurance history. It would be less confusing if it was all chronological instead of the insurance claims filed from the bottom up and the payments from the top down.

Comments: Nexsyis has been our medical software for several years and they have always provided excellent customer service ~ I get to speak with a real person whenever needed!

I have found their software to be very user friendly which increases the efficiency of our office.

Their reports are concise allowing our staff the tools needed to collect on account receivables.

Overall we are extremely satisfied with Nexsyis.
