Pros

The ease of usage, employee database management has never been easy The platform is fairly simple to use, the time management tool has made the employee attendance tracking process very easy so has been the case with the payroll management

Cons

The UI/UX can be improved upon The process flow also could be worked upon

Saves on a lot of time and resources like paper because it is digital

Pros

The various functionalities that i can use instead of walking into the human resource department. I can book different kinds of leave plans, can track my performance through it , internally apply for jobs through the platform. All of this saves on a lot of time that can be used to physically meet people. It's also easy to use given the fact that functionalities can be customized to a particular organisation's needs.

Cons

Could be the changing interface, but maybe that's determined by the organisation. Some times changes made are not easy to navigate through.

Pros

I used this software everyday on the job when I had my HR job. It was really easy to use and I never really had any issues with it.

Cons

This software would sometimes glitch and I would have to restart it.
