Founder Internet Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "A perfect mapping solution for multiple locations" January 27, 2022 5.0 Overall, I am so thrilled to have found Storepoint because it makes my map beautiful and easy for me to update. Customers love the experience and so do I! Pros Storepoint is the best mapping software, I've found. I love how easy it is to use and all the customization available. Adding new locations takes seconds and you can review updates super quick. I also love the ability to add tags and categories for each location. You can add custom map pins too. Furthermore, the ability to use Mapbox, Google, OSM, and other providers is great! Cons There is nothing I do not really like about this software. Every problem I have has been quickly resolved by their customer service. They are pros at mapping and are able to customize everything. Review Source CC Christopher C. August 7, 2024 5.0 I needed help fitting the store locator onto my screen on the Breakdance page builder, but I couldn't find how to do it. After only 5 minutes, my issues were resolved, and I had other questions answered and resolved as well. Customer support is on another level here! Thank you, \[sensitive content hidden\], for your swift responses and solutions. Pros I like the flexibility of the tool. It's quick and easy to install and work with. The analytics are amazing, and the fact that you can connect them with Google Tag Manager is wonderful. I recommend the tool. Cons I don't see any area of improvement at the moment. As a developer a lots of our clients requesting these features and its really easy to manage in backend . Updating information is easy, designing features are easy to handle. I highly recommend this application. Cons Actually there are no major cons that I can highlight. I guess some animation related features also should be added. November 17, 2020 5.0 Pros A couple of years ago I was looking at a friend's website and noticed that she had a map showing all the stores that carry her products. I was impressed! I asked my software developers for a store locator map that we could put on our website to show where customers could buy our toys. After extensive research we went with Storepoint. And I have not been disappointed! Great product, great customer service! Love Storepoint and strongly recommend to anyone who wants to have a store locator map! Pros Functions exactly as advertised. Very easy to manage on the back-end. It was a pleasure to work with getting everything customized. Cons No major cons to point out here. We wanted potential advertisers to be able to search their zip code and find which of our stores are in their target advertising area. I also needed the map to provide sales contact information for each individual store. This is a GREAT way to get that done for those of us that don't code. Jake was extremely helpful and accommodating! I could not have asked for better customer service! I would highly recommend this product for anyone needing a store locator for a website. Pros Ease of use, capability to update information very easily, customer service, attractive, clean design of map, search features, information boxes Cons I do wish that when I zoomed in on an area, that businesses located on Google maps would show up. With his support the issue was resolved. We rely heavily on storepoint map to drive business to our clinics, so it was critical that the problem was resolved. I can't thank \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] enough for the support he provided. Pros Super easy to use, very intuative and works fantastically for our needs. We use Squarespace occasionally, so it was nice to find an easy method of adding a storefinder to it. I had a couple questions and they were answered quickly by support. Pros Getting a stockists map on my website was just one of many things to do on my ever growing list. I was surfing between tabs on different store locater widgets and fumbling around aimlessly trying to customise them. Then I came across Storepoint which helped me get it to exactly what i wanted saving me hours of aimless clicking with other options. Exactly what i needed, thank you! I highly recommend.
