It allowed me to become consistent with sending my email newsletter. Pros Rasa.io is a great service. I love the AI aspect of the platform. I'm able to provide a personalized newsletter that is tailored to my audience, but still has the content that I want to share. The platform makes it easy to create, schedule and distribute newsletters. I also like the ability to customize the look and feel of the newsletter. Cons I was able to and my domain, but when attempting to add a subdomain I received an error message. After a lot of back and forth with support, they were not able to resolve the issue. Pros Improved Email Engagement; Provides more personalized content based on user experience (targeted to what users are viewing and reading) Grows and adapts with the user/member/customer: As users expand their areas of interest, the rasa.io AI adjusts and anticipates more customized content. Easy to deploy with capabilities to add more sophisticated customizations as the organization expands its experience and knowledge content areas for mining. Rasa did not have support for SMTP. Pros The ability to include the person's name in the email is my favorite feature. You can also rotate different custom text in your emails so they are not identical and marked as spam email. Cons It is a somewhat slow when sending email maybe because it does want to be marked as spam. It does not have SMTP support. Instead of one-to-many (old school) newsletters, we send a one-to-one modern newsletter. Pros I love how rasa.io uses auto-curation of content along with AI to personalize content for each recipient. Over time, rasa.io learns your interests through your interaction with the newsletter and sends you relevant information every day. Cons There really isn't anything I dislike about the product.
