Pros

Great partnership with Ganacos. Their demand forecasting tool was a strong asset for the growth of mylight150. The tool is very easy to use, powerful for data management and well suited for data monitoring and reporting. On top, the Ganacos team strongly helped us in the design and implementation, they put client success at the heart of their offering.

Cons

No specific lever for improvement was identified in the course of the project at mylight150. To be continued !

Il nous permet de suivre l'ensemble du processus au travers des différents acteurs sans risque de perte d'informations. La collaboration avec les équipes Ganacos est très fluide et efficace, ce qui nous permet d'avancer vite dans les processus de développement outil afin qu'il réponde parfaitement à notre besoin.

Comme expliqué juste avant, après un démarrage d'expérience compliqué. Désormais, à chaque évolution, demandés par le métiers et réalisées conjointement avec les équipes de Ganacos. Il s'approche toujours plus du besoin, est facilitant dans le quotidien des équipes utilisatrices, convaincant et séduisant auprès de leurs interlocuteurs internes et externes, tout en montrant trop peu de limites.

Pros

Des équipes à l'écoute des besoins exprimés, proposant des solutions toujours à hauteur du besoin voir le dépassant. Mettant en évidence la profondeur et la performance dans l'exploitation d'une masse de donnée importante. Ainsi que la multitude de possibilités que peut offrir l'outil.

Cons

Je ne connais pas assez bien le produit, pour en partager des inconvénients. Plutôt l'expérience vécue, difficile, de la découverte et l'appropriation, lorsqu'il n'est pas développé par le métier.

Un outil complet et structuré qui nous a permis de mettre en place un outil S&OP rapidemment dans notre entreprise. J'ai rejoins les équipes S&OP quelques mois après le démarrage du projet, mais j'ai pu constaté à quel point les équipes (de l'entreprise et de Ganacos) avec travaillé conjointement pour mettre en place l'outil en fonction des besoins exprimés. Aujourd'hui, l'outil est clair, structuré; j'apprécie particulièrement la notion de filtre qui met à jour les visualisations d'écran instantanément.

Cons

Parfois pas mal d'allers retours à prévoir pour réaliser des évolutions d'écran, mais les équipes sont disponibles et réactives.

Nous travaillons avec Ganacos depuis plus d'un an sur un projet S&OP et c'est un vrai plaisir. L'équipe est très disponible, à l'écoute de nos besoins, et réactive en cas de problème. La collaboration est fluide et efficace, ce qui permet de faire avancer le projet rapidement.

Pros

Ganacos est un outil intuitif qui nous permet de gagner en agilité dans nos analyses. La flexibilité de l'outil et la facilité de prise en main rendent l’outil rapidement opérationnel.

Cons

Le seul point à améliorer concerne quelques lenteurs occasionnelles. Rien de bloquant, mais un axe d’optimisation qui rendrait l’expérience encore plus fluide

Ganacos nous a permis d'implanter un outil de S&OP en moins de 6 mois. L'agilité, la réactivité et la capacité à évoluer selon nos besoins / questions a été un réel atout dans notre montée en puissance. La prise en main est facile et nous permet de capter les alertes rapidement. Et derrière le logiciel ce sont des équipes compétentes, disponibles et réactives qui nous ont accompagné.

Pros

La capacité à gérer un S&OP de bout en bout, la fluidité entre les plateformes, les différents attributs disponibles pour rendre les éléments visuels et lisibles, les multiples connexions possibles en même temps

Cons

Le design est moderne, j'apprécierais cependant une plateforme visuellement plus colorée. La lourdeur de nos datas peut ralentir la plateforme.

Nous avons réussi avec Ganacos à mettre en place en un temps record : un outil de prévision et un outil S&OP : Ganacos est un outil flexible qui a su s'adapter à nos particularités et nous apporter la vision end to end dont nous avions besoins, mais aussi et surtout nous avons rencontré des équipes avec une expertise métier qui leur permet d'être à l'écoute et forces de propositions pour apporter des solutions rapides et pragmatiques à nos besoins.

Pros

Indépendamment de la phase projet pendant laquelle nous avons pu approuvé la réactivité de l'outil et des équipes pour la mise en place de notre outil de prévision et S&OP, Ganacos est un outil très accessible pour les utilisateurs finaux : intuitif, ergonomique (prise en main, navigation...), fluide (nombreux utilisateurs simultanés)

Cons

Comme tout outil flexible, il est important de bien clarifier son besoin sous peine de créer de la complexité non créatrice de valeur, avec un mode builder pas si aisé à appréhender

Il faut décrire le besoin clairement et avancer conjointement avec l'équipe Ganacos pour avoir un outil adapté au besoin. Les changements d'interlocuteurs au début ne nous ont pas facilité la tache.

Nous utilisons Ganacos dans le cadre de notre reporting mensuel et notre processus d'élaboration budgétaire (avec 2 reforecast par an). Le module de masse salariale nous permet également d'effectuer le suivi et le pilotage de notre masse salariale.

Pros

L'équipe d'intégration a su nous accompagner dans le déploiement du logiciel avec une méthodologie Agile et une expression de besoin qui a été affinée au fur et à mesure des ateliers de co-construction. L'outil est flexible et l'équipe d'intégration a su l'adapter à nos besoins spécifiques. Le déploiement par lot permet d'avoir rapidement un premier lot fonctionnel livré aux équipes métiers.

Cons

La flexibilité importante de l'outil peut intimider un utilisateur non averti.

\- La flexibilité peut ouvrir la porte à trop de customization sur mesure si le projet est mal cadré - Pas un point faible mais une recommendation d'attention : bien concevoir le modèle de données au depart, sinon surprise de performances (ne pas hésiter à utiliser l'expertise de l'éditeur pour auditeur/valider le modèle)

Les équipes de l'éditeur ont été très disponibles pour nous accompagner dans le déploiement du logiciel.

Pros

La flexibilité de l'outil qui permet de s'adapter aux besoins spécifiques de l'utilisateur final. La rapidité avec laquelle il est possible de livrer au client un premier lot fonctionnel : la définition de l'architecture des tables de données, l'import des MasterData et la définition des premières règles de gestion se fait en à peine quelques jours. Solution cloud très moderne, technologie récente et ergonomie des interfaces utilisateurs.

Cons

Le logiciel n'est disponible que dans une version SaaS

Nous utilisons Ganacos comme support de notre processus S&OP worldwide. Ganacos nous permet d'avoir un seul Plan, de la demande aux capacités, en passant par la finance. Ganacos nous permet d'assurer le principe du '1 set of data'.

Pros

Outil extrêmement flexible et adaptable aux problématiques de l'entreprise. Assez simple à implémenter, avec des développements réalisés en mode agile. Capacité à faire des scénarios. Outil très ergonomique pour les utilisateurs.

Cons

Outil extrêmement flexible, il est donc facile de créer de la complexité. Il est important de bien spécifier le besoin. La qualité de la donnée est primordiale. Important d'avoir un administrateur averti pour assurer les corrections de 1er niveau.

Ganacos nous permet de mieux gérer l'ordonnancement des commandes en fonction des stocks produits ainsi et des demandes des agris (dates de livraison souhaitée). Ganacos nous permet également de stocker des informations liées au client ce qui est utile pour les appels futurs.

Pros

La facilité de prise en main de l'outil et les fonctionnalités telles que les vues différentes en fonction des opérations ainsi que certains jeux de filtres et calculs particuliers (type de transport, % livrable ...).

Cons

Application parfois fragile : blocage Ganacos si date mal renseignées par exemple ou lors de fausse manip. Il faut alors attendre que le logiciel soit relancé pour pouvoir continuer à travailler sur l'instance. Certains bugs récurrents (filtres qui ne suivent pas lors de changements de vues, obligé de faire F5 régulièrement pour que nos changements soient pris en compte).

L'outils nous a été présenté il y a 2 ans lorsque nous étions à la recherche d'un logiciel d'ordonnancement de commandes permettant de travailler à plusieurs utilisateurs en même temps.

Ganacos nous aide quotidiennement à regrouper toutes les données de l'entreprise et d'avoir rapidement tous les calculs "Supply Chain" nécessaires à notre processus S&OP. Tout est réuni à un seul endroit. On évite la prolifération des fichiers Excel. Il est notre outil S&OP, il supporte nos cycles / réunions mensuelles et permet d'aligner tout le monde sur les chiffres (gain de temps et d'énergie).

Pros

logiciel très agile et réactif. Facile d'utilisation quand tout est bien paramétré.

Cons

pour moi, le plus "difficile" est de comprendre les chemins / liens entre les tables.
