The fact that it’s an Australian business also adds to my positive review **Pros:** The set up was super easy and the pet manager team was really easy to deal with. I have added a few bespoke sections and this was done with little stress. Importing my previous clients was no problem and helping me to make this the best, most usable system for my specific needs was everyone’s goal. Can’t beat that. **Cons:** The only thing I can think of is that I wish I could easily stop a notification going out to a customer as a one off (if pet dies the customer doesn’t need a notification that the appointment is cancelled) **Reasons for Choosing Pet Manager:** Price, usability, customer services reviews and the helpful responses I received when I sent an enquiry email Vendor Response By Pet Manager on July 8, 2024 Hi Christy, Thanks for the glowing review.
