Setting up new users and allocating modules is really easy although the reporting function is slow when you need to pull details concerning compliance. Pros For the general user, the interface is easy to use and navigate through the course management folders. For administrators, course creation, set-up. allocation and tracking is generally easy if you have moderate IT skills. Literally 100's of online training courses are available across multiple specialities. Customer support is always at hand but can take a little more than 24hrs to respond. Cons The Astute system is not a dedicated online learning platform and the interface is not the best; instead, its strength lies in course creation and content. Navigating the system can be a challenge for those with limited IT skills or experience. The reporting function, whilst available, is somewhat slow.
