Unbelievable service and results. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and his team took it upon themselves to start the one week free trail to show us what they could do. Within the first few day, six reviews were taken down. We set up a demonstration meeting to review their "magical" software. We were impressed! This combined with the caring individual attention that this team displayed is top notch all the way. Once we signed our one year agreement the team went to work and within one week, 20+ fake reviews were removed. Please do keep in mind that these were truly fake reviews and met the criteria of Googles policies indicating what a fake review is. I was successful working with Google myself on several reviews. However, it is time consuming and costly. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] and his team have this dialed in. I highly recommend reaching out to Objection Co. if you are in need of results. After switching from multiple ORM providers we think we have finally found a solution that works for us. We needed a software that would allow text messages and would also give us multi location analytics. Not only do we get these features but a few other that we have found to an asset to our campaign. They also helped us with the verbiage in the text to help us improve the amount of reviews being written.

I have been in the industry for a few years and was very skeptical of their claims. After a few weeks all of my doubts were totally removed, now I understand why this software works so well. The team we worked with had us covered from the beginning, there were no hassles or delays. They also did not try to upsell us on anything right after either. I think the owner has done a great job with the whole process and thus far we are very happy to provide referrals in the future.

After I got off the phone with the sales rep here, I knew I had found the right company. They offered valuable insights and gave me a wonderful evaluation of my situation which really impressed me. The analytics on multi location business is absolutely fantastic. The ability to dissect and look at segmented data exactly the way we want it displayed was crucial in our decision to move forward. We had some pricing issues at first but was able to resolve them and get what we wanted.

I think the analytics are the best and most insightful.

At first our experience was not so stellar. We signed into a 6 month contract and wondered what we had just bought into. We were going back and forth about what we should be doing and how the software should be operating. They let us have our way initially which did not work, then we let them try their way and immediately we saw what we had wanted all along. At the end of the day we are so impressed with their patience and customer service.

Highly effective software. Really amazing customer service, very professional and focused.

Cons

They can be stubborn in a good way. They know the industry way better than we do.

They have a beautiful presentation that blew us away, we signed the same day and have not looked back since. The proposal was organized and met every criteria our organization wanted, the integration specialist we worked with at Future Solutions made it easy for us to get started right away. We have not touched the system in a few weeks, it runs without direction from us. Rather than spending hours looking for all the reviews, we get to spend more time responding to customers and problem solving.

Pros

Professionals on the other end that really know what they are doing.

Cons

Custom integration costs extra, if the CRM is not in the Zapier network.

These guys mean business. They made a few promises about how many reviews we could expect for every hundred requests the software sent out that I thought was impossible. They worked and worked until we hit those numbers in month number four. We gave them full autonomy of our campaign and it worked out very well for us. They have always returned our calls promptly and are always a pleasure to work with.

I had my doubts at first, I was reading some of these reviews wondering how everyone could be this satisfied. During my initial consultation I was told that within a few short months I would also be writing a glowing review. My experience has been glowing, hence my words of praise. We got started about 5 months ago and have been crushing our review goals for the year.

Before I became familiar with this software, I would manually have to do multiple checks on several websites for many business locations. Now everything is in a convenient dashboard so I can get straight to the meat of my work. I save hours every day on tedious tasks and have so much more time to provide better customer service and focus on content for other projects.

Saves hours and hours of time. Easy to get plugged in.

They have a 6 month contract to start, I prefer month to month.

We were working with another software company for about 2 years and were really getting slow results from them. After switching to Future Solutions we immediately saw a big difference as only were they very hands on with our integration. When we were once uploading lists it is now automated. Before we got a handful of reviews each month, now we are getting new reviews every day. I wish we would have made the switch a long time ago.

We have spent years trying to figure out what Future Solutions figured out in a few weeks. Our boss is thrilled which is a huge victory in our department, digital marketing always gets the brunt of things. We get exactly what we want out of this software and then come, they have been extremely pleasant to work with.

Pros

I love the CRM integration, it makes life easy. They are always available to jump on the phone about bad reviews that occasionally pop up.

Cons

They charge extra for removal services, but it is worth it.

The software has been tremendously helpful with our reviews and we have really been thrilled with all the results. The whole process was very painless. Found them here, signed up the next day and within a week everything was set up. We don't have to touch a thing, the software runs by itself and we get to reap all the rewards. Our rep Nicole is very friendly and likes to check in from time to time with recommendations, really top notch.

I do not like to waste much time, who does. These guys made it easy to drive our customers from point a to point b. At the end of the day, that is all we needed. We also have them respond to our reviews which is nice because we do not need any more on our shoulders. If you are looking for a fully managed service they are wonderful.

They send a lot of emails, some of which I could do without, especially the listing emails.

We found Curtis and his team on Yelp-Sucks.com, after getting some nasty reviews about our business. When they first told me that getting new reviews was more important than getting rid of the bad ones, I laughed. Now I understand what he meant and am so glad we decided to pull the trigger.

So far they have always been honest and transparent when it comes to results. We have been nothing less than completely satisfied throughout our review campaign. They are very professional, diligent and will always go out of their way to accommodate us. We aren't the easiest client they have, so this review comes hard earned. We have referred them many times.

We transitioned from a reverse seo campaign, trying to hide our yelp page on the second page of google to wishing the entire world was reading our yelp reviews. We were successfully able to implement their software with every transaction, which has really made our life easier. Now we get to focus on other things.

I found Future Solutions on a reputation forum after I had gotten a bad review online. I was trying to have it removed and had not even considered using software to generate new reviews. After the demo we signed up and we get lots of incoming reviews each and every week. They are always sending updates to let us know about our reviews and listings.
