I can confidently say that in addition to their Financial module being the best I’ve used so far, their customer service is nothing short of exceptional. I am always met with prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable responses. Cons While the system is very user friendly, sometimes I don't know how to access the information I need and have to email PL for assistance. They are always very accommodating. We couldn't run the reports we needed and processing any tuition changes in the system took exponentially longer than it should have.
