Senior Program Manager Logistics and Supply Chain Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Contractor onboarding from days to under an hour" May 9, 2026 5.0 We were drowning in spreadsheets and PDFs trying to manage contractor compliance across our depot network. ComplyFlow gave us a single source of truth, and the AI automation actually does what it says — onboarding that used to take days now takes under an hour. Pros We move a lot of subbie drivers and yard contractors across multiple depots, and the prequalification and onboarding flow is the cleanest I've used. The AI checks documents upfront, so by the time something hits my queue there's almost nothing manual to do. Live site access also works well (for sign in at site) — I can see who's on which yard in real time, and the visitor sign-in app has tidied up our front-of-house process. Plant and equipment alerts have caught a few expiring rego and certification issues before they became a problem. Cons A couple of our more niche permit workflows needed configuration help to get exactly right — wasn't a blocker, but worth flagging if your operation is unusually complex. Pros ComplyFlow was recommended to me by a friend from a mining services business. We now use ComplyFlow to manage and track our documents for each student that we are consulting with (passports, cvs, application forms and more). I like that we can put the required documents up on a dashboard for each user so that they know exactly what to upload. Cons I would love to be able to customise the platform, and toggle off the the options that we aren't using. I think this is available on a different plan though.
