"Start in Content Marketing"

Overall: The central challenge: to get rid of different files, to add a platform for all processes including the analysis.

Pros: The mapping of the entire process is the greatest strength. From research to publication to re-fresh of content - everything takes place on one platform. This structure makes contentbird a good companion.

Cons: More interfaces to CMS should be created so that content can be transferred directly (currently only for Wordpress).

Reasons for Choosing contentbird: The focus on demand-driven content was initially essential for us to get a Traffice base. Therefore we find the approach from keyword hunter to content very good. Other tools are stronger in social media - but we didn't need that much.

"Consulting needs understanding - understanding needs excellent articles with easy reading"

Overall: We have professionalized our whole editorial workflow and were able to reduce lead-times from 18h to 5h per article (normed on 1500 words, 3 infografics and meaningful titles /subtitles). Only with contentbird was it possible.

Pros: My team and I work daily with contentbird to create excellent blog-posts for entrepreneurs, who search for information to solve their problems in business. These articles have to excellent in content, because the business-owners rely on our information. On the other hand, not every business-owner has an MBA grade, so our articles have to be easy readable and understandable. The integrated content assessment functions like the Flesch-Index for easy reading or the keyword-hunter to find other important topics help us to write these articles. Also to match every content to your personas and your publishing strategy is super-helpful to keep focused on your audience.

Cons: The first import of existing content from my blogs to contentbird was only able to to with the help of the support. But the support was great and did it really very fast without any problems or any fees. After that initial setup, everything worked great. In future, it should be able to do the initial setup without the need of the support-team.

Reasons for Switching to contentbird: Full integrated editorial workflow to support my team without scattered lists, spreadsheets, calenders etc.

"Clash of Sale Promises to reality."

Overall: The overall experience was quite frustrating.

Pros: The Tool offers a lot of opportunities to plan Content. It’s easy to collaborate with various Department or Agencies

Cons: We had specific use cases that we wanted to map with Contentbird. The sales team assured us it wouldn't be a problem. Unfortunately, in practice this was only possible to a limited extent. Our contact person was always relatively unprepared for Meeting

Reasons for Choosing contentbird: Sales Team convinced us, that we could get more insight for a better pric ratio

"Centralise your Content Database"

Pros: Forces you to add relevant data to your content process

Cons: It's quite hard to use because it gives you so many options to organise your content marketing process. But once you get used to it, you'll love it.

"Indispensable software for offpage marketing and content creation"

Overall: We use contentbird to manage our pr campaigns and monitor link structures. It helps us a lot in our daily work and we don't want to miss the tool anymore.

Pros: easy handling, good overview and alaysis area

Cons: Actually, everything's fine. Maybe there could be more user accounts included

"A nice workbench for all content creating people - sometimes a bit buggy"

Overall: A nice combination of tool, support and academy to do sustainable content marketing.

Pros: It summarize a lot of features for creating and publishing and shareable workflow.

Cons: The content pipeline search doesn't find anythin if you use phrases

"Complete Content Process on one Platform"

Pros: integrated SEO tools, mindmap, workflows, one easy-to-use platform covers the (w)holistic content creation process.

Cons: transferring content to WordPress is somewhat clumsy

"Umfangreiches Tool mit sehr gutem Kundensupport"

Pros: Nach ausführlicher Einführung und Unterstützung gelingt es immer besser, das Content-Marketing strukturiert, geplant und fundiert anzugehen. Die verfügbare Data und internen Tools sparen sehr viel Zeit und Arbeit.Die Benutzeroberfläche macht es angenehm, mit Contentbird zu arbeiten, auch wenn sie nicht mehr so ganz modern aussieht.

Cons: Wenn ich längere Zeit nicht im Tool drin war, bin ich immer wieder etwas auf der Suche, was ich alles genau finden konnte und welche Schritte ich durchlaufen soll.

Pros: Easy to manage bulk email sending and receiving Notifications if any backlink goes offline Avoids opening new communications with old leads
