Software was not really built for public accounting. **Pros:** The assistance we received from the onset was excellent. Staff was attentive and got us the answers we needed. **Cons:** Reporting has a lot to be desired. There need to be more canned/stock reports. The insights function with answers/liveboards are to complicated. Still have to learn more about automations and the Ai integration. Want to ensure that everything this tax season is set it and forget it for the most part. **Pros:** Everything in one place--CRM, email capability, secure client portal; understand that we will have the capability to also text our clients. Need to find out more about this capability. **Cons:** ensuring I am leveraging all of it's capabilities to my benefit. Have to figure a lot out on my own. Tried to get assistance requesting a phone call, however no one called me.
