“Engagor - Smooth transition of all our accounts across to Engagor when we switched over.”

OverallPros; - Hands on assistance from Ross when we switched across - Full training provided - Custom Smart Folders - Fantastic levels of insight and Performance Cons; - Filtering aspect is overly complicated and doesn't always present the results we are looking for.

“K2C's Social Media monitoring and engagement tool ”

OverallOn the whole the Social Media monitoring and engagement tool is really good. It is very easy to use and navigate. The live chat function is great for support and the customer service we receive from K2C is excellent.
