It is so easy to manage and easy use on the trade show floor. We also like that the leads go right into Sales Force so our sales team can add more information later and track the lead right from the show. Another great feature is we can use the system at our events as well to capture all the guests that attended. Traction Guest is a great multi function tool for the Event and Trade Show world. Pros Easy to use, Easy to customize to each event and show, like that the lead goes right into sales force for easy followup, Easy to use for Domestic and International Events Cons Wish it would tell you on the app how many leads you have entered into the sytem. Wish you could go back into a lead from the app to add more information. When you take a photo of the business card wish it could go into Sales Force. Also, the service desk tech's were very knowledgeable in knowing what the software was capable of doing. Pros This software manages visitor data and has an integration with Salesforce. The team is very supportive and works with us to integrate with the needs of our business. Cons We occasionally run across some less sophisticated logic that could be refined going forward, but by and large the development team is quickly able to address any issues and appears dedicated to continuous improvement. Traction's system takes just moments to use. We particularly appreciate the alerts when visitors arrive, it amazingly useful in providing a welcoming experience to our visitors. Right now we are just using the basic functionalities of the system. Our systems are not in place yet to leverage the rest of Traction's features.
