I used Beamery as a CRM at my previous employer. We collected data through online forms, manual entry, ATS integration, etc. Beamery was great for collecting candidate data and using it for sourcing.

Pros

Beamery is a an easy to use CRM that strikes a good balance between simple in process but also allowing customization to give you an edge.

Cons

There's not much negative to say about beamery, it is a CRM that operates as well if not better than other applications in a similar price range.

Cons

Overall positive so far however given the duration of use so far, cannot comment any further. Great tool so far for talent search and pooling.

Pros

Has many functionalities such as campaigns, talent pool search, events, and integration with the applicant tracking system. Being able to utilise these functions is a great tool for recruiters.

Cons

Having so many functionalities can also be a negative as there is a lot to learn. I would say the initial learning curve is difficult, but once mastered, it would be very beneficial and time efficient to utilise.

Pros

While I only used the trial version, nothing about beamery struck me as revolutionary - having the ability to see the history of interactions across different team members, and role-based access are useful, but can also be set up in other solutions, which integrate with other tools more easily.

Cons

Setting up the system is a bit of a drag - there is still a LOT of manual steps, administrative tasks around setting up access for different members can be tedious, with not much upside to offset it. However, Beamery does show potential to be a decent CRM solution.

It saves a lot of time by automating menial tasks that aren't necessarily difficult but mostly time consuming.

Pros

It does a lot of heavy lifting for our recruiting process. Taking a lot of time consuming steps out of the process and automating them. Highly customizable allowing a lot of freedom for separate users.

Cons

While it is highly customizable it's still relatively new so it will have some bugs. Initial integration could potentially come with some snags, but that's to be expected.
