I don’t advise Tresorit . I bought for 142 euro a subscription. I downloaded and could not get access both with my computer nor with my phone to the downloaded app. Support from Tresorit tried for 2 months to give solution, however, they did not succeed and said an update is coming soon. I ask to refund my 142 euro, they refused because money back is within 8 days, I said it never worked, they refused again to refund. I advise do not pay any amount to TRESORIT, because you don’t get refund if it is not working.

What they promise easy installation and easy approch

Cons

I can not open Tresorit with windows nor with iphone

Pros

Ce qui m'impressionne sur cette plateforme de stockage cloud est qui assure une sécurité de de haut niveau pour nos données et respecte de façon absolue la confidentialité selon les normes conformes. Aussi, le logiciel de Tresorit est compatible est tout appareils et systèmes d'exploitations. Il a aussi une interface claire et fluide, compréhensible et facile à l'adaptation. Sur ce logiciel, c'est zéro(0) publicité même si nous sommes en version gratuite.

Cons

Les fonctionnalités de Tresorit sont bien conçues et réponds à tous nos besoins, néanmoins, l'espace de stockage qu'il donne en version gratuite est très petit en le comparant aux autres logiciels similaires

I can't give any review, as it does not meet my needs.

Cons

Customer service has been uncooperative and unwilling to understand my concerns. I was charged for a yearly subscription without receiving any prior notification, for a service that does not meet my needs. Despite reaching out promptly and attempting to escalate the issue, my efforts have been ignored.

Great app to store data securely. Both desktop and mobile app version works well. Easy to access the data and good to know it's being kept secure.

This is a very functional, secure and user friendly application. My clients do not need a tresorit account for me to send them confidential files or documents. I can work from multiple sites or multiple devices and maintain a secure data source. I can limit access to certain files or folders to different people and I get a comprehensive audit trail including deleted files.No system is perfect but Tresorit is getting close and it is being improved constantly.

Pros

I handle a lot of very personal and confidential information about clients and cannot risk losing this data. I also need a service that allows me to share data and documents with clients and colleagues.Tresorit allows me to maintain a single database of active client files and to work on and share files and documenst with those clients and colleagues with absolutre security.

Cons

1 A recent cyber security audit identified a need to include 2FA when logging in to Tresorit. They considered the application deficient in our audit. 2 It is also difficult to sign out of Tresorit as there is no single log out option on main screen. If my PC is hacked then there is no barrier to entering Tresorit.3 I can't backup my PC's to Tresorit daily, i.e. use to as a back and recovery server for Windows.

Reasons for choosing Tresorit

Recommended by a colleague. I initialy used the free version to become acquainted with the application and found it very useful, so I subscribed.

Very useful in enabling fast and (relatively) seamless team collaboration and file sharing across multiple teams and users within the organisation

Pros

Team management / permissioning was easy (access controls easy to set up)Works just like a folder in Windows - very convenient to use. Supports collaboration well in that multiple users can access the same folders and files, and the check-out function is handy in ensuring that user / versioning conflicts are avoided and minimised.Windows folder integration is fast.

Cons

The app itself is slower to navigate and a bit more challenging to use as compared to the windows-style folder. Internal use is easy, but giving someone who is not part of our org access on a temporary basis is more difficult (they need to set up an account which is tedious - no 'temporary pass' function)

I am a user of tresorit for as long as it exists and I am convinced about it's security and up to now, user service has been perfect.

Using tresorit i noticed it is reliable and secure cloud storage platform. The user interface makes it easy to manage files, and the end-to-end encryption scheme is highly secure. They also have a quick consumer support that will help you in any problem you encounter.

Pros

Tresorit has an end-to-end encryption, ensuring the utmost security of your data. It has a friendly user interface, ensuring that anyone can quickly and easily access and manage their files. Additionally, its cloud storage capabilities allow users to access their data from anywhere, and its strict access controls mean that you can keep your data safe at all times. Finally, Tresorit offers reliable customer support, so you can always find the help and guidance you need when you have a query.

Cons

The only major con is that its relatively high cost when compared to other cloud storage solutions...

This software is impeccable ,I manage to keep my information without the risk of losing it. Very secured , easy to use and accessible to all

Very well disign,I do not find any disadvantages on this fabulous software. But the price to acquire it can be high for some.
