Pros: Integration with Xero accounting software, management of retainers, quote and invoice creation, time tracking and logging, very reactive support team who apply requested fixes within days.

Cons: Sometimes screens load slowly, occasionally staff collides and project settings are not saved, products can be added to invoices but there is no overall products list to save as templates.

Overall: Improved project and retainer management.
