Overall it's solid software with good features to help you optimise your website. It's been frustrating at times with recording not playing properly but it has helped us improve user experiences and our conversion rates have increased.

I've used LO on and off for 10+ years. I really like the UIX updates they have made more recently. Everything is easy to find and filter and it has been useful to optimise our website, resulting

Cons

The data can be slow to load sometimes which is understandable and we have a lot of traffic on our site. But the biggest issue is watching recordings - if I scrub through videos they often pause and can't be played again, or start just showing the site footer and not the users actual interaction with the website which can be frustrating.

Love it. We use it everyday to better our business. On numerous occasions, we were able to spot where customers may have had a rough experiece or something we noticed that may have lead to less time on the site.

Pros

We are able to catch any customer experiences that may hinder our business, simply by watching their experience on our site. Tremendous help!

Cons

Don't really have anything negative to say at this point. Maybe if there were a way to contact customers who visited the site.

Cons

I am still sticking to the classic version of Lucky Orange since the new one has a lot of other features I don't need at the moment.

I really like how clearly Lucky Orange shows customer behavior. The heatmaps and session recordings make it easy to see where visitors click, scroll, and drop off, which helps me improve my site layout and conversions.

It's been ok. I thought the product would do more to be honest. The support is good, when it wasn't working properly the team kept working at it until they had it sorted. We are in month 2 and still undecided if we will keep it.

Pros

I like how you can see page specific information and see exactly when customers are using your site and what fot.

Cons

Can't get specific customer data without A LOT of work on our side. This is the one area I think Lucky Orange is lacking. I can see the data on the screen but can't export it with all the needed data. We have to do a lot of manipulation at our end.

You can enable custom user data through additional configuration on your end, ensuring that you have complete control over what information, if any, is passed to Lucky Orange. Our team has been working with you on adding this custom code and have confirmed it is working properly at this time. Our platform does not have the ability to identify anonymous website visitors. You would need to use another 3rd party service that allows you to identify unknown website traffic. We have also passed along the feedback related to exporting that customer information to our product development team for future consideration. Très agréablement surpris je pensais que l’outils serait moins complet que cela et en fait c’est aujourd’hui je pense l’outil le plus important pour mon site si je devais en garder un

Pros

Possibilité de voir les pages visité par les utilisateurs de manières très précises, on navigue facilement dans les menus également

Cons

Si je devais choisir un élément à Améliorer je dirais peut être sur la création de pop où j’ai eu du mal au début à visualiser les miens pour les tester mais j’ai rapidement trouvé une solution
