This gave us the ability to see their behaviors and actions without a lot of work on our side. Cons We noticed at times it wasn't perfect in it's reporting and capturing. June 15, 2017 5.0 Pros Ease of use, setting it up, dashboards are all an ease to use. The heatmaps are intuitive and recordings are always a nice feature. Cons The load time is awful, and they the most annoying sound that plays when a user comes to your site that is on be default. We tested them all- and this worked so well for us. many of the other ones did not work for us because we have a lot of dynamic content, and a single page app. This was amazing, captured it all! been really helpful for finding where my users are ropping off-- saved us literally thousands in missed sales already! You can also talk with users via their customer support portal. I have found that I like CrazyEgg better for gathering quantitative data and heat maps - I don't feel that Lucky Orange has all of the functionality I need in that department.
