Prices have since changed but capacities and services also changed along with it. Can't speak to new limits/pricing and tradeoff there. Pros Easy to set up and use. Does a good job. Cons Page visit/heatmapping limits can get in the way sometimes. Would be nice if it was easier to exclude certain pages to not waste capacity. I didn't hold this against them in the review, as we are on the lower tier so it is understood that there are going to be limits. Reason for choosing Lucky Orange Needed compatibility with our systems and seemed like the best fit for the price. Pros This software enables us to monitor our customers experience, informs our tactical adjustments, and makes us better and helping clients solve problems. This tool allows us to be critical of our efforts without guessing. Cons Each new software tool brings challenges and assimilation issues...but these were very minimal with Lucky Orange. One service that would have been incredibly helpful was a software concierge that could help us complete our initial setup in order to maximize the software. A great tool for understanting where your advertising money go, and you can learn so much more from UX design to targeting ppc or social media, every channel matters, every improvement moves the bottom line from red to green. Lucky Orange allowed a more careful analysis of my company's website, we began to analyze the days of major visits, heatmaps and frequency of visits, to determine the best moments to publish some sales. Cons At first we had difficulty to understand that we would need to disable the IP's of the internal PC's of the University, not to have "false numbers". This caused some confusion, but nothing that would hinder the use of the tool. Pros A Hubspot consultant recommended that I use Luck Orange. I started by using it to track prospects' activity when they visit the website out of pure curiosity. It's turned into a tool that I use for analytics and general site engagement. I think Lucky Orange is incredibly easy to use but can still get some detailed, usable insights. Cons Nothing so far. I started using the software about 3 months ago.
